Extra Ultralight (XUL) fishing in saltwater, looking for Sillago fish 🎣 EN Subs

Since the beginning of the summer I want to go out looking for sillago and every time I reject it 😉
Now, after going to the Sea of Galilee with the XUL, I decided to take Shira and go for a short morning session at the beach and test the small silicones.
We show up at the beach around 6 in the morning and start fishing.
Pretty soon I feel the fish and they take bites and cut/remove the silicone from the hook.
After a few of my test casts, I give Shira the rod and explain to her what to do.
After a few times, she feels a bite and there is the first fish of the morning🙂, but before she realizes what happened, the fish is released from the hook.
A few more tries and this time a nice sillago comes out. Shira is happy and it's even enough to take a picture of them together 😊.
Later it was my turn and I caught 2 sillago.
Towards 8 in the morning we finished fishing and returned home.
In conclusion, most of the fish are really small, and cannot be caught. You need to look for another beach with bigger fish and improve the durability of the silicones.
