Looks delicious but just a little note I used to be big on using heavy cream in my alfredo sauce it's not the way it's done where it's truly Italian Alfredo sauce is made with a little bit of pasta water butter and genuine Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese but has to be genuine that's how you get the creaminess and it's a little bit healthier without the heavy cream
