Replace new main PCB.
Important, for Daikin VRV-A ,after replacing new PCB, must conduct Auto Charge before
test run.

mr bon juat wanna ask when i want to do auto charge should i open valve to release gas from compressor first or dont open the valve and auto charge it and then release the gas from compressor ?

Great video, by the way, when auto charge active, is this gonna cause the system over charged?
When new air con is done,u can gauge the amount of refrigerant needed to be charged by measuring the pipe lenght and pipe size.
Auto charge can only charge 4kg of refrigerant.
For this case the the auto charge just run for awile and stop.just a bit charge in only

VRV4 有两个款
1)有Auto charge
2)没有Auto charge
这个video 是 vrv4 有auto charge,所以要这样做。
如果没有auto charge, 只需要test run 就好。

你注意看我video,蓝色pipe就绑在那个service port.
I have worked on the vrv 2 and 3 a lot but I have not worked on vrv 4 yet.Please why do you have to do all these settings(auto charge and test run) after you have replaced the main Pcb.On vrv 2 and 3
Is straight forward you don't need to do anything.
What is auto-charge by the way?Is it something to do with the refrigerant being recharged into the system?

VRV 4 auto charge system, when you replace the main pcb, this procedure is compoundsery. by manufacturer.

U3-Test run execution failure.
This error appear when we do the test run after replace new pcb.
Try it twice is same error U3.
Use the new installation method, Auto charge and after that test run.

请问Auto charge 出现 P9 过后，是不是就说明gas已经足够，不用再进了？
其实auto charge 最多可以进4kg.
如果新装的VRV要先算pipe的长度，在auto charge之前要先进gas，然后再auto charge.
如果像这个video,只是换电板，程序上一定要做auto charge,但是过程是很快的，应为gas是足够的。
对，P9是完成了auto charge.
What is the reason for E2 error in Daikin vrv4 outdoor unit and how to rectify?and also three times second inverter compressor changed but again second inverter compressor grounded
E2 you need to check the high pressure switch and high pressure sensor reading.
Compressor replace 3 times!suggest you release all the gas,make the pipe calculation ,and recharge gas with correct quantity.
Release means reclaim in to a reclaim cylinder , don't want to release" could be misunderstood !

是关CU的电对吧！

我比较担心是comunication wire 没有接对
1对1=可以
1对2=可以
3台接一起不可以。
