Your room looks nice w/ some good colors and style that gives me ideas since I'm a secondary English/Social Studies/Music teacher so I've got a couple of rooms to set up and yours does inspire and give one things to consider for adapting for their own. Thanks!

If the papers continue to fall try glue gun. I did that on my cinderblock wall and it stayed up all year. Have a marvelous year!
Thank you! I have used hot glue before, but I am not really allowed to use it in the classroom. 👎🏼 Someone suggested putting down painters tape first and using the hot glue on top of that.
Great job! A small suggestion, matte spray helps with glare on laminates. You can get it at craft stores, hardware stores or amazon. Also, painters tape and hot glue
works well on painted cement block walls.
I have never used the matte spray! Great suggestion. 😀 I have used hot glue on the walls before, but we aren’t really allowed to do that at my school. 👎🏼
Put down the masking tape where you want to add the hot glue. Then add the hot glue and glue down your paper. At the end of the year, you just peel the masking tape off of the wall…no damage ☺️☺️☺️

I actually did not want to be a teacher growing up. I didn’t decide to change my major to teaching until around year 1 or 2 in college.

Did you make your name for your desk or was that part of the Daisy pack?
I made it myself using PowerPoint. 😀
I would love to see how you made your name, I am going to be a first year first grade teacher and I have trying to figure out how to make cute letters on PowerPoint
