I made my own vegan honey yesterday and it turned out so good!! You simply pick about 200 dandelions (only the actual blossom, not the straw) and cook it in 1 liter of water with oranges and lemons (1-2), let it sit for 24 hours, take out all the dandelions and the rest and drench it until you only have the liquid left. Then you put in about a kilo of brown sugar and vanilla, cook it for about an hour and fill it into jars!

Hey homies just so y’all know, you don’t have to grease a pie tin at all! I mean it doesn’t necessarily hurt to add it, but there’s already enough fat/grease in the dough from the vegan butter to make sure it won’t stick. Don’t wanna use too much precious vegan butter if ya don’t have to! ✨💕 (especially if it’s an expensive one like miyoko’s haha)
