Great interview, you could picture & feel his emotions from what he had been through. They say “what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger” & personally I think this sums this man’s life.
That quote is often misunderstood. It is not the pain and harm you experience that makes you stronger. The act of *overcoming* the adversities facing you is what makes you stronger. You can keep getting beaten down and weaker every time and still be alive, and stay forever a victim. It is *overcoming* that makes us stronger, not the surviving.
What a great true story with an amazing ending. This guy is a brilliant example to prove that no matter how low things get, you can end up higher than ever. Thankyou for the opportunity to watch this.👍🏻👌🏼
Just stumbled across this after watching Bill's videos over the past few months. Speaking about his kid is exactly how I felt about my son and our relationship. Breaking that cycle of abuse and just giving your kid love really matters. Great book, great movie. Much respect for overcoming such horror and not passing it on.
Being from the UK and living in Thailand as a younger guy, I can say everything he said is accurate. Thailand is amazing but will eat you if you aren't careful. Aremarkable man fought all kinds of challenges but finally come through nothing but respect and admiration for you God Bless you BILLY and all your family.
I bet the producers were upset that after the movie was already made he had survived cancer and gotten a child, they were like, "damn, that would have been a perfect ending"

I follow Billy Moore on RUclips but only had a brief understanding of his history. It's incredible that he went through all this and has come out the other end as what I consider a gentle and kind human being with a cheeky side.
Thank you Billy for sharing your incredible story, I've been there, done that, survived it. It's like your lived my life but only my traumatic experience was in Canada as a First Nations man, I survived an addictions, clean now 28 years, become very good at boxing and martial arts, helped me to survive through life, when I sobered up I rescued my Inner Child (the hurt little boy within) and now we walk together through life's accomplishes and struggles. I also have a story I wish to write a book about before I leave mother earth. After watching this I will begin...thank you Billy!
There's nothing so humbling than listening to a man take responsibilities for his actions & speak as openly & honestly as Billy Moore does here about his. I have nothing but huge respect for him as a man & fellow human being. You can make mistakes, do stupid things in life but it takes a big man to face down his demons and even from the lowerst of the low, fight back & make a life for yourself. I wish him nothing but good health & happiness for his & his family's future.
This man is an inspiration. I love his RUclips channel All Or Nothing with Billy. Visiting UK towns and cities, interviewing addicts and the homeless. Really takes you into there world and opens your eyes

I only started watching Mr Moore in the last 3 months, and love the compassion and integrity of this man, he’s led more than one life and luckily lived to tell the tale and what a tale, I believe a gentleman from a long gone era - big love to this beautiful human being ❤
This poor bloke seems like he's in a constant state of like torture...i was in tears watching most of this interview. Im soooo incredibly happy he has a child he can love the way he never was. Brilliant episode

Billy met you today at Liverpool remembrance day, had a selfie with you(probably many), you are a real man, honest gritty and humble. I love your youtube videos, keep doing what you do, your a champion 🏆
Atonement and a new completely different life. Fatherhood gives this man the chance to right the wrongs of his own childhood. Fantastic, uplifting story.
What a bloke honest, articulate with an amazing story and so much more. Thankyou for sharing your life and being an inspiration to others .............. complete respest to you sir
Having lived in Thailand for almost 23 years, I can relate to and verify everything this poor guy went through. I've been robbed, beaten, drugged, scammed, lied to, and almost killed during my time in Thailand. Every foreigner who has spent more a a few years in Thailand would have some kind of dealings with the police and I'm no exception but nothing compared to what this man has experienced. There's a simply rule for all foreigners living in or visiting Thailand Don't F**K up or if you do, be prepared to suffer the consequences.
I joined the British army in 1982. After basic training I met a new recruit from Liverpool who had been a professional boxer but had joined up, to avoid his creditors. We would go running together at night and often ran through the village of Frimley Green and the Lakeside Club, where they held the British Darts Championships. I often wonder what happened to many of those men, before we were "Posted" to army units all over the UK. I discovered the delights of S.E. Asia and worked/lived in Kazakhstan, China (6 years) and for the last 8 years in Bangkok, Thailand. Last year Thailand relaxed it's strict drug laws and allowed 'weed' to be grown and used at home. Before you rush here, the Govt plan to reverse this law in 2024. Great interview. Best wishes from Bangkok.
Billy I never even knew you had stage 3 cancer?? My goodness you've been through so much since I last saw you! Made up that you're doing great and congratulations on becoming a dad! You're a good man Billy, I'll always look up to you mate! 🙏💪👍
That was amazing to listen to.. I can relate to quite a few things as I'd lived in Thailand for several years and had a few friends who had gone down the "yaba route" , I thank god that i also didn't go down that way. I can also relate as I had an abusive stepfather and when my son was born I swore that he'd never feel the same terror that I felt.. All we can do is be the best version of ourselves that we can be and make sure to not push our suffering onto others. wish you the best in life mate

He's helped me understand a few things a bit better & to me he's a Legend!!! Proper bloke! Love ya billy..... Carry on the great work you do! Keep talking & passing on your knowledge. Thank you 🙏😁
Absolutely heart warming to hear him speak so lovingly about his son when he received little love and affection from his own dad. What an amazing man.
Terrific story..hope Billy makes the rest of his life as good as it is now...
What a powerful story. I thought I would only get halfway through. How wrong was I🙂 I can't believe what lives some people have, rich with adventures and excitement. That was a crazy story loved every minute of that interview. Respect to you, Billy. I wish you all the best and thanks for sharing.
I am clean 9 months and the spell has been broken and hearing this mans story gives me inspiration courage and encouragement to stay the course and with tears down my cheeks I applaud this man. Thank you so much Billy ♥
What an amazing story thank you for sharing. Glad you made it out the other side in good health both mentally and physically 👍
I've seen many guys come and get spat out. Billy is an inspiration for everyone. Loved the movie and the book when they came out. Keep fighting man.
Aremarkable man fought all kinds of challenges but finally come through nothing but respect and admiration for you God Bless you BILLY and all your family.
I bet the producers were upset that after the movie was already made he had survived cancer and gotten a child, they were like, "damn, that would have been a perfect ending"
Everyone I know, has so much respect for Billy and his brother,OUR JOE 👍👍
JOE MAMA
This guy is absolutely amazing. Very humble and honest. A great listen.
oh man...being told you are going to live after going on the rhumba with all your money cause you thought you were done must be a total mind job !!!! it's incredible how someone can experience all that and still be sane !!! all the best with your little miracle Mr Moore !! show him all the love he deserves !! cheers
Billy is one of the most genuine real people on social media mega respect for him
That was really captivating. I'm happy for him that he has a family now ❤️
Yeah... I am so happy this upstanding family reproduced. What a huge benefit for the gene pool.

His VLOGS on RUclips are brilliant showing his great character and kindness in helping others, much respect Bill 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🎅
what a roller-coaster, i hope you be healthy always - thanks for the story that was something
I follow Billy Moore on RUclips but only had a brief understanding of his history. It's incredible that he went through all this and has come out the other end as what I consider a gentle and kind human being with a cheeky side.
I appreciate this man telling his experience. That’s a hell of a life.
There’s a film based on his experiences called ‘Prayer before Dawn’
It stars Joe Cole who appeared in Peaky Blinders
fucking awesome movie,, with johnie from peaky blinders.. as someone who knows the ins of thai prison i can say it is a very accurate movie,,
I was looking for this comment ! What a brutal movie. Great watch 👌🏼
This made me cry. God Bless you Sir. You’ve always got a mate in Vancouver.
This man has a lot of heart. Great documentary. Respect 🫶
Watched the film a prayer before dawn was brilliant.
Amazing story of survival and persistence !
This man is an inspiration. I love his RUclips channel All Or Nothing with Billy. Visiting UK towns and cities, interviewing addicts and the homeless. Really takes you into there world and opens your eyes
Good luck, Sir. You deserve all the happiness in the world and I'm very sure your child will grow up to be someone you can be very proud of.
top bloke is billy followed him since i watched the film.
Lovely to see him with a beautiful partner and family and of course big joe melts my heart watching those 2 together.
That was incredibly tough, one can only imagine. I hope the best for you mate
What a great lad! I feel every word he's saying, i've been through a LOT in my Life, unfortunately don't have "a little me", but still have that dream... So glad he's doing OK now!
Respect from Serbia!!
Amazing story , this guy has grown through his pain and became a better man for it.
Total respect to him 🙏
You show more respect for criminals than for guys who do things the right way. This world is absolutely sickening.
@romanoonamor7690 You think that, don't you?
I only started watching Mr Moore in the last 3 months, and love the compassion and integrity of this man, he’s led more than one life and luckily lived to tell the tale and what a tale, I believe a gentleman from a long gone era - big love to this beautiful human being ❤
Great interview! Billy’s channle is good too people should go show him some love👏🏼
This poor bloke seems like he's in a constant state of like torture...i was in tears watching most of this interview. Im soooo incredibly happy he has a child he can love the way he never was. Brilliant episode
Poor? He committed violent crimes for years and ended up where he belongs. You should talk to his victims instead.
A top bloke, and a raw inspiration. All the best Billy
What a guy! Down to earth as it gets! And not even a little afraid to talk about his deepest feelings! 👍
I respect him very much and wish him all the best! He's like a role model for me...
I hope I can also overcome my addiction someday!
A really decent guy. He deserves a lot of respect for being so honest.
Not even death itself wanted nothing to do with the bloke, truly amazing story and interview. Really glad he’s enjoying life with his little lad. All the best Billy👍
Love you Billy. Watched your story Prayer Before Dawn, one brilliant film 👏
I remember that he was on True Geordie's podcast a few years back. I hope he is doing okay, crazy story.
Great to see this lad now has a calmness to his life -Go Billy!
He doesnt even flinch when he says his dad was shittin in the front room!
He meant sitting thats why
He said ‘sitting in the house’ and ‘sitting in the front room’ in a Liverpool accent 😂
😂💩
Classic
😂
Huge amount of respect for Bill a genuine man, no stupid ego or bravado. Intelligent guy who has kept developing.
Got a lot of love for Billy, he works wonders for people on the wrong path and wants nothing for it🙏❤️👍
Having lived in Thailand for almost 23 years, I can relate to and verify everything this poor guy went through.
I've been robbed, beaten, drugged, scammed, lied to, and almost killed during my time in Thailand.
Every foreigner who has spent more a a few years in Thailand would have some kind of dealings with the police and I'm no exception but nothing compared to what this man has experienced.
There's a simply rule for all foreigners living in or visiting Thailand
Don't F**K up or if you do, be prepared to suffer the consequences.
Lived in pattaya almost 7y and ghettos outside bangkok, never happened a thing, depends alot how you acting and your alcohol intakes..
@henriksvensson2836 I heard it's mostly Chinese runs the underworld there
I think "Don't Fuck Around" is a better choice of phrase here. You can only fuck up if you start fucking around in the first place.
@@henriksvensson2836 is it safe to get street hookers in pataya to your room ?
Shiting on Thailand for a few thumbs up and leaving out the fact that you were breaking the law..Heee Dhat
Dayum what a guy, hope everything goes well for you and your family!
I'm from aldershot, brings back memories the places you mention. Love bkk also, good luck mate
This was one of the best so far, big respect to Billy.
Incredible life and storyteller. A gentle soul.
Wow..tuff life from both his childhood experiences and his own choices but so glad he is where he is now..amazing!
Billy I never even knew you had stage 3 cancer?? My goodness you've been through so much since I last saw you! Made up that you're doing great and congratulations on becoming a dad! You're a good man Billy, I'll always look up to you mate! 🙏💪👍
Big respect mate for sharing such a hard story. I hope you're doing well.
