He's well deserved for a tiny break given that he has been by far the best and most consistent performing midfielder in the whole team. He and Suarez have been the only players that have performed at a high level in every game. And in the last few games, Henderson has been along with Yaya and Fernandinho from City the best midfielders in the whole damn league.

As for the pencil and the card, I think the trick is in that he switches the card signed by Jordan, and pulls the pen through another card he prepared in advance. When he tells him to take the pen out of the card, he distracts us and returns the signed card to the top of the deck and returns it to Jordan. You will notice that he pulls the pen through the card facing down, so we cannot see if it is signed or not.
the last trick is wade obvious , when he flipped the card on the deck he flipped two cards so the tricked card will be above and the signed card will be under it ;)
When he flips the queen to give it to Ibe @5:50, if you look closely, he actually has two cards in his hand and he gives the one on top which is not the queen to Ibe
