Thanks for the wonderful review, Tinagirl Travels. I hope Pacsafe will bring out a similar size bag to accommodate one medium size camera plus an extra lens or two (depending lens sizes). However, that may not be their target market. I can only wish....hehehe. In any case, I really like the practical and deterrent safety design.
@@TinagirlTravels 😄 I'm actually a bit of a fan of Pacsafe for like 15 years or so, currently using their wallet and belt daily. Now just have to find myself good deal on this backpack as those aren't cheap up here:( BTW, I choose the 25l option because the 20l one doesn't have waist strap and I plan to both hike and cycle with it, and since I plan to use it also as carry on 28l may he a bit too big for some budget airlines. For longer adventures I already have 100l expedition backpack like quarter of century old;) Much obliged if you'd wish to throw in any comment on my reasoning😜
Hello. Have you taken this bag on SWOOP airlines? If yes, did it fit under the seat? I know that this airline states that a personal item must be 16" x 13" x 6". Although the dimensions of the bag you reviewed are greater, do you think, if the bag isn't filled to capacity, it would fit under the seat? Thanks.
I just love watching these pacsafe demos. I got metrosafe 200 & 250 too! But im tempted to buy bigger ones soon. Id rather invest on this than those luxurious brands that is not a safety bag. Thank you 😊
Now that you have the Vibe 25L and the Eco 25L which one would be better for holding water bottles and an extra long selfie stick/tripod securely in the side pockets? We head to Europe for 36 days, Germany, Italy, Greece then end with a 10 day cruise out of Athens so we need a variety of clothing and a secure personal item bag. I have a Vibe 150 ordered and suppose to be arriving the week before we leave but i also want a Vibe 25L or a Eco 25L to use as a personal item and a day bag. Thanks for your imput and helpful videos.
That’s a tough one, I really like them both, I have an older version of the Vibe 25l and it looks like they’ve changed the pockets on the side. It’s a bit more of a square shape on the bottom than the Eco 25L. The Eco has a mesh side pocket, which I do like. They are both great bags.
@@TinagirlTravels Thank you for your quick reply. I ended up ordering the Vibe 25L and the last Vibe 150 available online (that would ship to Canada in time). The Vibe 25L seemed to have deeper water bottle pockets and the straps make it more secure for bottles and other items...I hope. Either one would probably do the job as a personal item/day pack for our 36 day dream vacation to Germany and Italy then meet up with friends in Greece and end with cruise from Athens ending up in Rome then back to Canada, we will really need a vacation after that. The Vibe 25L backpack and the Vibe 150 sling bag will come in handy for our travels. We really appreciated your videos
@@curtisw5732, I can’t decide between the two as well. The newer Vibe 25 does have a flatter bottom and straps to keep the water bottles from falling out when storing and/or bending over to tie shoes or helping the kids and having to bend down. Damaged several bottles doing this. How did the Vibe 25 go for you in Europe? Planning to take fam there this coming summer and need a daypack with safety lock features
@TinagirlTravels and @nomad0714 We bought both packs! I used the Vibe 25 and loved it. We both used them as our personal item on our flights, they fit perfectly under the seat with room for one leg beside the pack so we could still stretch one leg at a time. We also used them as day packs. I could fit my umbrella and selfie stick in one pocket and my 1L water bottle in the other, tightening the straps kept everything from falling out plus there is a snap to open up the deep pockets for larger items. The pocket material is also very durable on the Vibe 25, more durable than the Eco 25 pocket material. I could also put my umbrella and a 500ml/600ml water bottle or soda bottle in the same pocket and the pockets are deep. My wife used the Eco 25 and loved it too, the neoprene strip kept a good grip on things but were not as versatile as the Vibe 25 pockets. I do wish the Vibe 25 had the one extra outside pocket like the Eco 25 but the Vibe 25 has an extra inside pocket lol. The extra security of the slide together zippers on the Vibe 25 are great and you get used to using them but the Eco 25 doesn't have them, it does have some small rope type accent pull straps on the zipper pulls tabs, they do get in the way when locking the bags until you get used to them but they look good. The Eco 25 outside bottle pockets worked good too and held water bottles well and an umbrella very good too but items with sharp edges or parts like our selfie stick weren't good as we felt it could rip the fabric and it was not tight enough for a smaller item. Overall my preference is the Vibe 25. Both packs fit under the airplane seats, we both used them as our personal item on our flights. I also have a Vibe 150 sling bag for the days we didn't each need a big bag. I caught a young girl trying to pickpocket our friends sling bag on the metro in Rome, our friend only had a common type sling bag with no security features, had I not caught on to what the girl was doing in time and started yelling at her and telling our friend the girl was trying to pickpocket her then the girl would have succeeded in pickpocketing our friend. We definitely found comfort in the security features of the Pacsafe bags and their functionality. Again my preference was the Vibe 25 and my wife said she preferred the Eco 25, both were great and could hold lots of extra stuff for our trip home. I hope that helps. Curtis
I am a full-time traveler and interested in upgrading my 17L PacSafe bag, which I love, for something a little bigger. Is there any way at all that this could attach with some sort of pass-through on a luggage handle? If not, is there something you'd recommend that could work? I need it to fit under my airplane seat but also fit on top of my luggage. Thanks for your thorough reviews!

Just bought a pacsafe vibe 25L and your vidio helped me work out how to use the lock on the bag thank you.
So glad I could help you Duncan, thanks for watching!

Thanks, very informative

Thank you for the lock demo... I did find this confusing. :)

first video that I could see a nice close up on how the zipper's lock up. Thank you for that~! =)
Wish there was a slot on strap for subway pass while travelling in the city
That’s a great idea! You should contact Pacsafe and tell them your idea! I could see that being very helpful!
Thanks for useful vid!

I’m wondering if maybe you could clip the chest strap around the luggage handle somehow.
I need one of those bags!
How's the comfort on the shoulder straps?
Very comfortable, straps are padded, and the chest strap helps carry the weight as well
