    This snes port is a proof that snes could have shmups with good performance. Its a incredible game, one of my favorites. And it's a crime that mega drive didn't have a port of this game, the way of konami treated sega in those days, was a shame.

    I'd honestly say the SNES ost of this game holds its own perfectly well compared to the arcade. Hell, it even has a track(and stage!) the other two competitors don't. :p

      Konami was so good at using the the super NES sound chip

    May be nostalgia talking, but I highly prefer the SNES music. Dat Konami sound. More importantly, great work on the video!

      The PC Engine had a good sound chip. It was different from SNES and Genesis.
