Hands down my favorite Islanders EVER, individually and together. I love how both are not what they seem. Not only are they absolutely stunning, but they have the kindest hearts, are hilarious, passionate, clever, weird, adorkable, endearing, and carried this season on their MFin backs! Love their story,I can relate a bit coz I had an ex bf who is an Italian. They are so strict and jealous. I love how the way they showered their feelings to their woman what I really agree is it is not healthy that he keeps questioning my honesty and at the end of our story is he cheated on me. I think it was more of bruised ego than betrayal lol 😂 I now get it
Because he asked him where she was and she laid about it, Davide doesn't care about whether she sees another man or not he just pissed that she gaslighted and tried to guilt trip him while lying straight to his face him when he asked where she was
NO. It had NOTHING to do with ego, she lied, that was the issue, he encouraged her to get to know new people, all he asked for was honesty.
Apparently he was cheated on so that kinda explains his reactions and behaviour when it comes to lies. Each time he got annoyed was the result of a lie : Terracegate- she lied when he asked where she was not that she got to know Jay,Her not being truthful about saying she wanted to get to know Adam and Movie night about her not telling him about George (he even said it wasn’t the actions he believed it was nothing). The beginning though was a lot of miscommunication he held back as she flirted with Jaques and didn’t make a coffee

Speak of immaturity, that's Davide. Ekin su had flaws but most were as a result of uncertainty about what Davide wasn't deminstrating to her. Just make a cup of coffee like others did and get it to her, he didn't, and made her feel left out. If he wanted to take things slow, he should have discussed that with her first, then she'd understand him keeping his distance. But naaaah, he just talks to the boys amd make a decision, then act on it, amd expects Ekin su to understand cause she's psychic.
Relationships don't work that way. He was immature to me, really.

I started watching mid way and I saw she went and kissed Jay but now I understand why. Davide was being kind of a prik for no reason.
When Jay came in she literally flipped the switch and Davide immediately shut down cause he saw it. But that first time where she crawled on the terrace he still tried a bit beforehand and explained and told Ekin they really thought they had a connection. With Davide it was always about him wanting to move at slower pace and Ekin thought that meant he didn’t care about her. Glad they eventually got on the same page.
I always remembered that Davide wasn’t really nice to Ekin before Jay came in. Most people forgot. Glad they resolved everything in the end anyway.
All he asked was honesty and she chose to lie instead.
All she had to do was tell Davide that wanted to get to know Jay instead of crawling up to the terrace with Jay. It’s not that hard

Davide got lucky. English women very rarely go for European men, that year the production team decided to bring some foreign nationality women on the show, Ekin Su was one of them, I think a Greek woman came as well and at the end a Brazilian one. Thanks to those foreign women Davide got some attention on the show and he was able to couple up with some women, if it wasn’t for those women he would have been kicked out of the show very early because none of the English women would have coupled up with him. The only exception was Gemma but she left him for Luke in the end.
