It’s horrible. Have had them 3-4 years and as soon as they were bought by Dish it SUCKS. Dish said they wouldn’t change anything for 3 years and within weeks changed their plans. It use to be amazing. They’re throttling at 2g if you go over your data. It’s slower than dial up and worse then straight talk. They use to de prioritize. It’s awful.. especially bc I work from my phone and use data

2G is Barbaric... In the middle of a so called Pandemic, I can't even watch a movie, and now I have to be careful how much Data I use... that's why I switched to Boost in the first place, my phone is my only source for the Internet at the moment, and I still have 8 more days of 2G... It takes me half an hour just to order food, it took 10 minutes just to get RUclips to load so I could type this dumbass message... in the event of an Emergency 2G might even be Reckless...

Apparently you people have put a cap (threshold) on all your loyal customers of long term. My unlimited data, text and call down to 35 gigabytes. I've called several times and got absolutely NOTHING. This proves to me that you don't care about your customers. I pay $124.00 a month for 3 phones. Our phones are so slow it's as if we are all (3 phones) sharing/splitting the 35 gigabytes. This has been going on well before your "supposed" warning July 1st about this adjustment. You offer unlimited EVERYTHING to your new customers. During the virus outbreak in the middle of a nationwide crisis my lines were shut off until i paid my amount due. For an entire month i was not working and wasn't able to buy food. I never got my free month during the emergency state of the pandemic. Not only will i be giving you a very bad review but i refuse to refer this horrible company to anyone! I will also be getting a different plan with a different company. Seeing that you want new customers, i will make sure they wont be using boostmobile.

My prediction is they will force everybody off "nationwide" network very quickly. Devices compatible with it have been disappeared from stores and from their website. Next time your phone crokes, you have to pick a new plan on "expanded" network. Unless you can find a phone from 5 years ago on clearance somewhere, you'll be forced to give up your nationwide network plan.

I called customer care this morning and after comparing the phone with my coverage area I was told my phone would have full coverage with the included sim kit. I live in rural area that previously had zero Boost coverage and I will be very unhappy if I find out I have to drive many miles to the closest store and spend more money. That information should be included directly on their coverage map page!

About 3 years ago we strated paying only 100 dollars with unlimited data talk text hotspot and even unlimited talk to mexico. I bought an unlocked phone thinking it was going to work with boost mobile. It didn't. I switch to metro and the speed and service was amazing considering that at the time boost used cdma card and metro uses gsm. Now boost uses gsm. To this they we now pay 110 dollars do to the 5 dollars for extra calls to mexico. And our service before the new network extension sucked were we live. Know with the new network extension it works like a champ. Maybe boost mobile has something up there sleeves. Something that boost doesn't have over t-mobile and metro is more phone option. There is constantly a pop up to accept terms and conditions, which is fine... if it didn't disable the *WIFI* , yes that's right, it stops you from using your own internet connection unless you buy their stupid plans. If it pops up while you are typing, playing a game or something and you hit that accept button, the only way to use the phone ever again without wasting your money is to factory reset the phone.

The Boost Mobile rep I called said VoLTE was enabled on the Nationwide Sprint network as of March 2020, but she also had never even heard the term "VoLTE" before so I was unsure how accurate her information was. The Facebook chat rep Marcos seemed more knowledgeable, and he said VoLTE was only supported on the T-Mobile plans at this time.
Unfortunately another example of how reps can be misinformed & how challenging it is to communicate the correct information to my viewers. I opted to lean on the safer side of "not supported," because I wouldn't want to set expectations for a feature to be there if it had a chance of not working. I'd love to hear from current Boost Mobile subscribers about this, because testing the network seems to be the only way to find out if a feature works or not!

I no joke have a contract with boost the gives me 5 lines for 20 dollars each, and all perks such as volte and unlimited text and call and unlimited 4g lte data. It was a holiday special and I've used it for 3 years now. It has never change, in fact the data has only gotten faster. I don't like dish but this contract is AMAZING!

Hey I got a phone and on the side a prepaid card that states for 3 months unlimited for $45.00 for new customers. now my 3 months is coming to a end. My question is can I buy the same prepaid card to recharge even if it says for new customers or would I have to restart the phone so it can be recognized as a new phone or I would be stuck to the online plans?

This happened at the right time for me. Just bought a new Ford and i was able to enable the Hotspot built into the car for unlimited internet that i connect my phone to (only $20 bucks a month) . Now I'll never max out my boost mobile data. Seeing that most of my data useage happens in the car anyways. (I also lowered my boost plan to the $35 ten-gig plan)

AS A BOOST MOBILE CUSTOMER I HAVE TO SAY. If your thinking about switching to boost! RUN AWAY! AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Now that Dish network owns boost ITS $HIT!!! LTE data limited to 35 GB after that you get WORTHLESS 2G data.
You get a measly 20 or 30 GB hotspot, that is next to useless it runs so slow. In general the LTE network has become spotty at best. Sometimes your internet works some times it doesn't. Even though I get 3 sometimes 4 bars of signal at my house. On that note how worthless is boost coverage.
I live in ohio and a good 30-40% of the time if I travel somewhere I am NOT going to have ANY signal there.
Oh yeah and unless you want to spend $200+ dollars for your phone, THEY SUCK! I have yet to have a phone from boost with good call quality! And i have owned several.
I am sitting here wondering why i pay for this garbage? I cant even play fortnite with this network. The game just HATES my internet. And if you like Bittorrent or Utorrent u can forget that as well. Boost shut that down QUICK!
I cant wait for the day when i move out of the sticks and get some real internet!!!

Don't listen to those that want to sell you a plan, the real truth is with past customers. Been with them for four years and the last year their signal has dropped to only one bar. Most of the time I can't even make a call or I get dropped. I have four days left on service plan and am going with another provider. Boost will not allow you to use your phone number with another phone service. They will not allow you to see your account number.
Don't waste you time and money with Boost.
