This house for modernisation in the good village of chernookovo just 20 minutes drive from the lovely beaches of NE Bulgaria.
The house is set in a quiet part of the village very close to the edge and all the fields with the very good shop / bar just a short walk away.
Every so often the odd gem does come available and if your looking for a house to renovate / modernise then this should be seriously considered as I generally think this is the best available in the area at this great price , I’m not a builder or an engineer but the house looks solid and the best I’ve seen for a long time.
Chernookovo is a good village , set well off the main road so no thru traffic and so very quiet , as I said before it’s about a 20 minute drive from the beach and maybe 25 minutes to General Toshevo town , there is a very good shop in the village where you can also sit outside and enjoy a cool beer with the locals in the glorious hot long summers here in Bulgaria.
I’ve not seen the paperwork but I’m estimating the house around 100 sq m and the garden 1200 sq m but this will be confirmed when we see the paperwork which I’m assured is all in order and ready for sale.
Price 25,000 leva - absolutely a superb price
