This is wonderful, I have been watching this video for a few times. I am going to my first international conference in the USA soon, this is an amazing guideline for me. Thanks a lot for making this favorable clip. Kisses !!!
I have a formal presentation coming soon, it is a presentation to the teachers and this is a very important one. I'm very nervous about it and forgot things when I get nervous. I think my slides are pretty good and it is just personal issue.
Watching you today has changed me completely ma. I really see myself inspiring and speaking wisdom to as many that comes my way. I need you to do me a favour and mentors me in becoming a dream speaker and a presenter. Thanks
Thanks ma'am,this is really helpful 🙏. tomorrow is going to be my first time as a TV host,I'm nervous but I trust God and the knowledge you've impacted me.
Thanks so much for watching. I hope the presentations went well. I've just re-started the channel, so there are loads of new videos being added. Please do take a look, I hope you find the content useful 👍
*First of all I would like to thank you Maam for teaching us how to present in an stage an in front of the public. * This video extremely helped me much and made me better than before. I am not that fluent speaker in English and so, I want you to help me. For I believe that you are capable of helping me. Please, kindly teach me some ideas to speak fluently in front of my Interviewers. * Again one Thanks.
Thanks so much for watching. I'm working on some new connect, so I hope you find the new videos useful. Remember that audiences generally want you to succeed. They don't want you to fail. Being authentic is key, :)
Thanks so much for watching Annie. Let me know if there are any public speaking topics you think I should focus on. I upload a new video every Wednesday :)
All excellent tips, though I differ with you on #8.I believe purposeful movement is far better than simply planting one's feet and staying put. Certainly weaving and pacing back and forth should be avoided at all costs; however, purposeful movement is, in my opinion, far superior. If one has a time frame, the presenter can stage right as the past, stage center as the present, and stage left as the future. Also, it will allow the presenter to converse directly with individuals in the audience.
Thanks so much for watching Donna - good advice lasts a lifetime :) I hope you find the newer videos useful too. I've got lots more videos on the way! :)

Thats great 👍 And thank you so much for watching. I hope the new videos are useful too - please do let me know if there are any topics you'd like me to cover 👍
Most excellent. A great compilation of things to remember for a great presentation. One point of clarity: I understand the "pacing" a speaker may exhibit. If one is faced with a larger audience, I have a technique for walking across a crowd. I don't want to appear rigid and stay in one spot. I will walk with deliberation from one point to another to bring home my presentation to one side to another.
Thanks Randy! Great point on the stage movements with a bigger audience. Moving with purpose as you've done before is a great way to change pace/tone of your presentation and works really well. It's that prowling around for no reason that is bad news :) It would be great to have you in my new FB grpup, here is the link if you'd like to join - facebook.com/groups/PublicSpeakingTrainingTips/
Rachel, it also helps to walk off a little nervous energy. My last speech was in a room full of the public attending a local Memorial Day presentation (well actually my last speech was last Friday in front of elementary school kids here in Hanoi. After speaking those kids clamored all over me! Kids just make speaking fun!). There were two speakers before me who spoke to the audience from the podium. I sensed a different approach. When it was my turn to speak, I walked up to the podium, gave my greetings, and announced that I choose to step down to connect with the crowd. That was what I was comfortable with because I wanted to bring home the message. Afterwards, an older gentleman told me how he was impressed with my method personalizing my message that seem to connect with the people - not facts, nor figures, just a heart-felt talk to those who lost loved ones. Thanks.
Thanks so much for watching Christine - I'm so pleased the tips have helped :) I've got a new series starting tomorrow which I hope you'll find useful :)
Really good tips. For real! A friend sent it today and it did help me give a presentation for almost 400 medical specialists. Yes, I knew most but hearing it again and using number 4,5 and 10 helped me relax.
