- Esther Muchemi is one of the most successful businesswomen in Kenya. Her journey to the top started some 18 years ago when she founded Samchi Telecom to sell airtime as the mobile revolution was just about to sweep the country in 2000.
Samchi Telecom was first honoured as the top M-Pesa agent by Safaricom in 2009. The company has severally been ranked as top airtime dealer for Safaricom in subsequent years.
It’s also important to note that Samchi was the pioneer M-Pesa dealer when the mobile money was invented. M-Pesa was piloted at Samchi for six months before it was rolled out. Esther Muchemi was the first to transact with M-Pesa in Kenya holding the till number 0001.

This lovely lady gave out her car for days to help in my husband's funeral. Fueled it and comforted me. She's a beautiful lady with a beautiful heart! Thank you for the love you gave me. Bless you!

I grew up with a father who used to say my younger sister is foolish, when she passed on, my mother became the foolish one till she passed on, then now I am the foolish one.... I will over come.. How some times I used to wish I was born in another family with a better head and a leader but I have learned that I am the change I want in my family..

She is evil. I worked for her at Barclays plaza, Samchi. I left after 3 weeks. I left crying. I still remember myself in that Kasarani mat, how I cried all the way home then went to a grassy patch outside Sportsview then and lay there and cried some more. I felt like my life had ended. Esther would mistreat me and since I left before 4 weeks were over, of course I wasn't paid. This lady is evil through and through. She treats lesser people like trash. This far the Lord has brought me from that little crying girl. Thank you Lord.

It's the way Lynn manages to blend in with her guests and treat them like a long lost friend. Both the mighty and lowly she makes them feel very much at ease.

You have the right to question a husband who is coming late and not giving explanations. You have a right to be informed.
This is not only negative thing I got from this woman. How can she advise women to accept mediocrity when it comes to marriage. You'll be brought diseases in the house.
Her marriage did not start functioning when she started asking the husband why he came late, it's not functioning. She just gave up and started directing energies on something else. You can see how emotional she becomes when she talks about that part. It still hurts. Let's normalize accepting mens mistakes and taking responsibilities. We don't need husbands, we need loving and respectable men. If a man comes late without you knowing where he was, he is disrespecting you as a wife. He owes you as a wife.

I wish I can speak the same. I tried to plead with her company because of her one employer, Boniface Ndung'u who aliruka after pregnaning me. I had signed form with finance manager plus the guy i will get some money but the company ikaniruka pia. I thought she would be sympathetic after kupitia hiyo but wapi, mambo kwa ground is different.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about her. She is bad news. I attended an orientation summon as a new staff with her and that was my first and last day at SAMCHI. I decided I can't and left
