REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR SOUTH AFRICAN VISA|HOW TO GET SOUTH AFRICA VISA| VFS GLOBAL VISA

This video gives information on the requirements for south African Visa, especially the visiting/short stay visa.
South African consulates have partnered with VFS global to process all visa applications so you will need to go to the VFS global office in order to process your Visa to South Africa. Here is the link for VFS global website

The requirements for Obtaining south African visa are;
1. 6 Months local bank statement (Should have sufficient funds).
2. Bank introduction letter (should indicate account holder’s name, account number, balance in figure, bank email and contact person).
3. Airline booking
4. Confirmation paid hotel booking
5. Employer’s letter
6. Yellow fever certificate
7. 2 Passport photos
8. Passport
9. Birth certificate for children (in case you are traveling with one)
10. Visa fee $36 paid in bank at application center
11. Handling Fee $80 (I paid this in local currency) paid in bank at application center.
12. Fully filled application forms
13. All above should have original and copy.
Miscellaneous
1. Transport to and from visa application center
2. Travel insurance
3. Covid test
Special situations
1. Some requirements will be waived if you are being sponsored for the travel
