hey i was wondering do u have any tips on how to stop playing video games and just full on quit as a 14 year old?????
Hey bro. Just saw this hence the late reply. It’s a lot to go into and explain. But watch my dopamine detox video. Have a look into that. If that doesn’t help you. Just let me know. And I will help you out brother.
You don’t need to do that. Just make it a treat, because fully going off will likely fail, not be to a downer.
It’s the same reason why so many can’t commit too long to a diet/exercising. They go full in suddenly, and think one donut/a day off = lose challenge. Therefore, once they eventually do, they give up.
Give yourself some days. Life is a balance game, not some maxing simulator.
And for not always playing video games, try to find hobbies. That ‘wasted time’ is usually because you don’t feel like you have anything else to do. Even if it feels difficult to start, just try. Usually the hardest part of doing a new activity/hobby is to even decide and actually try it.
I’m not an expert, but this is my personal experience. Thank you.
@ yeah already watched it but didint help so can u help me further
@@InfinitySike thank u it’s actually pretty understandable what I said and o might try it but I’m super stumped on getting a hobby because it’s hard to start doing it just like u said because I’m afraid of what people might think even tho it’s nothing it’s just in my head
@@maxxzaxx8731 talk to me personally brother. Do you have discord?
I had to google what "core memory" means but I still don't understand why you consider this memory to be a "core" one. Does it even make sense to try to create more core memories intentionally? Does it really work like that? Maybe one more explanatory video would be good if you have time for that.
Hey brother, I’ll explain it here because I don’t really have time to dedicate a video to it, but that was a core memory of all the times me and my cousin hung out together, as in, it was one of my favourite memory’s,
And no, at the time I did not know that this would be a core memory. I hope this clears things up for you, thanks for watching the vids!
@@JoshHem1 ok, thanks for explaining
