- Welcome to this special Reiki healing session designed to help you find serenity and safety. I'm Yung Keun, an energy and Reiki healer, and I will be guiding you through this calming experience. Today, we'll ground ourselves with a soothing breathwork technique called Box Breathing: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, and hold for 4 seconds. This breathwork will center us in the present moment and prepare us for the healing energy to come.
Join me in an ASMR forest bath, surrounded by the tranquil energies of nature. Although I had to cut out some scenes due to disturbing noises like trucks passing by, the overall experience remains deeply effective and serene. Feel the connection to the bamboo tree´s energies, even though they were behind the camera, and let this spiritual connection enhance your healing journey.
