I am Polish, and oh Girlfriend, I love the way you pronounce "kiełbasa"! It is actually almost 100% correct. You put the stress in the right place (which is a difficult thing to do in Polish language). The only difference is, every non Polish speaker pronounces "Ł" like "L" because this letter dosn't exist in many languages. It is pronounced just like "W" in the word "weeekend". But this time I had to stop the video to process your pronunciation, I was just like: "Did she just say "Ł"? Great job, Jamerrill!!!" It had to re-watch these few seconds five (FIVE!) times to finally decide that it was "L". I know this is a long comment, but hey, I am proud - Polish is very difficult and I am always so happy when I see kiełbasa in your food hauls, because I know that you are about to say its name and your pronunciation is so good. I slow cooked a large chicken. The first night we had chicken on top of rice with veggies making a Teriyaki Bowl. The second night we used some of the chicken and made chicken quesadillas with guacamole. The rest is going to be used for chicken salad sandwiches. There are three in our family. You can stretch meat very far if you use it sparingly. Enjoy your ideas😊

I love my crock pot cooking! My friend gave me a recipe for a chicken with sauce and it has become one of our favorite meals it is Chicken breast I do a 5 lb bag w garlic powder, pepper, salt, 3 cns cream of chic, 3 cns cheese soup and cook on low for 6 hrs or until chicken is cooked all the way! We put it over white rice and it feeds my family of 3 for dinner plus about 2 nights and 3-4 lunches for my hubby

Put the lid on. Put it on low, and let it cook. Salsa chicken is also easy this way. Can use breasts or thighs. Fill up the Crock-Pot with the chicken. Add a jar or two of salsa to coat the chicken. The more salsa the better for me. Put the lid on, set it on low and let it go! Shred the next morning. HTH

Sometimes I find breakfast sausage cheaper than ground beef so I will use it in quite a few things as a ground beef substitute! It adds a lot of flavor as well!
