I love that you dont make it quiet in your house and you even talk to your kids when filming. It's incredibly real and you show everyone that it's okay to be human ❤
"people still have to eat" so true. Prayers for your family, blessings, trials and all. I'm expecting baby 5 and for the first time I plan to make freezer meals, thanks to you. you are a blessing to all busy moms out there.
That is amazing! My husband is a (capt) career firefighter. Shared meals are very important to the unity of the crew. On my husbands shift all eat together and no screens are aloud at the table. But the meal itself is an added complication (at times) to his day. Thank you for what you do. A very practical blessing!!!! -Danya
Stew meat + cream of mushroom + Lipton onion soup mix+ a1 steak sauce in crockpot all day makes amazing beef tips and gravy over rice, noodles, or mashed potato
In Asian cooking (at least in my Korean family), that rice crust is highly desirable. People like the crunchiness of it as a snack or you can put hot water on it and eat it.
Hello from Australia 🇦🇺. I have a small family but still really enjoy watching your recipes and how patient you are! Thanks for the fabulous ideas. Love your channel.
I have 6 kids and im the only parent and i follow ur recipes cause i work 12 hours a day and ur crockpot meals helped me so much and i take care of my kids with no help at all its me all the way i dont get government help or nothing but ive been doing it for 7 years and i love ur crockpot meals and i make ur freezer meals on weekends i just wanted to thank you so much ur wonderful person u showed me alot please dont stop i learned alot from u
I love watching you and your family work together. You are so real with noise and children. I have been babysitting for twenty-six years, seven children at all times. I am still, at fifty-nine, helping raise children, and these recipes will free up a lot of time for me. Thank you for sharing your life and making the rest of us feel normal. haha
Thank goodness your back. life sometimes gets busy. I just want to thank you for the inspiration to fill my freezers. I have always had a great stockpile of food, but in raw form, after finding and watching you , I have filled my freezers with a great mixture of family favorite premade meals. and it came as a huge blessing this fall. My chicks have all flown the coup, and I have parents who are needing me, so I am with them. I have nieces, nephews and grandchildren that come over for after school care and normally dinner. so all that said dinner on a normal week night is 8-10 people. This last oct I injured my back, and I am just starting to move almost normally. I had my two freezers stocked so well that my mom was able to have a home cooked meal made by me on the table for three meals and 1 snack every week day for the past 7 weeks. As I was raising my kids the only thing I ever premade and froze was apple stuff (in laws have trees) and maybe one extra lasagna, or shepards pie. all the other food in the freezer was raw. Thank you for your great and real tutorials, Now I just have to restock.;)
Faline, that is so wonderful how your freezers still feed your people when you were injured. Also so lovely to hear how your table is full every evening. I love that! xoxo 😘
Lol I love beef stroganoff and am making it for dinner tomorrow but I’m out of egg noodles! Good thing it goes well with potatoes, rice and any other type of noodle or veggies!! 💕
You are such an encouragement to me! You make the best of everything, even when things aren't going to plan (Or recipe)! I have 2 young children and I feel overwhelmed by all the messes and the noise. You give me hope that ONE day I'll be a master of coping with the chaos
Love the Simple Toss and Cook Meals. Especially when they are Budget Friendly and Nutritional too. My husband and I are empty nesters and now that we're older prefer simple basic budget friendly recipes. Thank you. God Bless you Jammerill. Love Tamson ♥️ 🙋😇
I just started watching you tonight while I couldn't sleep, and you are the first person showing recipes that makes me laugh out loud! I'm smiling the whole time, thank you!
You know what's making me laugh? I'm watching Jamerrill cook winter foods with her nice cardigan on, while I suffer through a heatwave in South Australia. It's currently 44 degrees Celsius which is about 111 degrees Fahrenheit I think. Ahhh, cook on Jamerrill, I won't be joining you this week! 🔥
Yes!! & amen!! After finding you I started doing freezer meal!! Its been such a huge help thank to you!! I'm not stressed anymore when I work I just pull what's out for dinner the night ahead my boys thank you for destressing there mommas life!!! ❤
Steadfast and brilliant you are! Love the way you roll, it's the only way to get it done. Some trials over here, some blessings here and people still have to eat lol so true! Love your grace and persistence! Love you Dear! ❤️
Thanks for being such a Peach. You was my Inspiration on why I invested in a freezer and why I have freezer meals made cause I just didn't have the room and it was needed Especially when I have hospital time. All I got was we didn't know what to eat and kid's (Including their father ) fighting over leftover's to eat and I had raised my kids on food and not take out alot and when their Dad brought Take Out they had that look like What is that cause it's not Mom's dinners 😂 so thank you thank you I'm sure they will appreciate you as much as I do for Inspiring me to do what you do as well as having a beautiful big prepared pantry and storing can goods and things. God bless your heart. I wish and your Family a lovely and blessed Holidays ahead.
QueenJenna, I've tried to keep up with people who need this type of support at my church. I'll call and tell them to check the front porch after I cooked a meal and left it for their family to have a decent meal. I've been buying Pyrex bowls at Goodwill for $3 or so, so its not horrible if I don't get the pans back. Once I left Tortilla Soup, and I had a recipe request! 😂 my friend said that I saved her family from "starvation" that's all they ate for 3 days. She was doing chemo so I took enchiladas beans and rice for the next meal, she called crying to say Thank You. Idk what has happened to us thru time that we don't take care of our friends?
As cool as your low carb recipes have been, I’m always super happy to see these family style meals on your channel! They’re more along my people’s tastes 😂
So excited that you posted a new video today, I was thinking to myself on Sunday when your next video would be available. I love your channel, lots of inspiration! 😊 thank you.
Jamerrill you are an absolute sweetheart and you're videos are the ultimate motivation for me and I've learned so much from you ❤❤ god bless you and you're family.
These all look delicious, thanks for sharing ! I'm in the trials of morning sickness right now so I am all about the easy throw and go crock pot meals.
You are an amazing human being. It's always busy with the kids running around the house while you are filming your videos and being able to multi task at the same time. Do you have any other ideas for the crockpot to make meals for at least 2 people? I would love some ideas because I have a crockpot and I need to put my crockpot to good use.
You’re food tutorials have helped me TREMENDOUSLY! We’re currently a family of 6 soon to be 7 in March and this mama needs big man meals. I have 3 boys another otw and of course hubby so we need hungry man meals lol and you’re videos have helped me achieve that! Plus I’m homeschooling now so thank you for your channel!!! My hats off to you mama. You have way more kids than me with energy & a personality I dream of. Love coming to watch your videos. Btw I’m curious to know what type of vehicle you guys have that fits the whole family. 🤔🤗💕
I don't know how people don't put lots of potatoes, carrots and onions in with pot roast. That is my favorite part. I will get just a small piece of meat and lots of potatoes, carrots and onions. That is like my favorite winter meal. I use beef consomme and onion soup mix in mine. That beef consomme soup makes the beef broth so deep in flavor
empty nest mama here. me and hubby still need to eat even though i am battling kidney stones. just did a quick and easy slow cooker meal on high after a few doctor appointments. hopefully will be ready when hubby gets home at 6:30.
I’m finally back home after being away for 3 months for work, and I’ve been emptying my freezer so I can FINALLY fill it up with some of your freezer meals. I’m so excited!! Also: I always love how much variety you have in the foods you cook. Great vid as usual!
I like to add 2 or 3 chopped apples to applesauce, put in bottom of casserole, lay pork chops on sauce then top it with stove top dressing, cook at 350 for 30 minutes depending on thickness of pork .....really good !
Mix corn starch with cold water, it becomes smooth. Won’t leave lumps in the gravy. I save some of my beef broth about a 1/2 cup in the fridge and take out to mix the cornstarch with.
Thank you for giving me some meal ideas. I only get one check a month (disability), and try to plan out what I'm gonna have so I know what I need to buy, and it's that time of month to plan out next month's menu. Of course, I have to scale it down since it's just me, but I've frozen individual portions of things like when I made taco soup last month so that all I have to do is pull and thaw and viola, meal ready to go.

The rice crust is the best part! It’s yummy. I put it into chicken broth with soy sauce, Chinese wine or a touch of sherry, fresh ginger, fresh garlic and a pinch of 5 spice. Putin some cabbage or book choy or broccoli. It’s wonderful as a simple soup.
You can serve that crispy rice. It’s considered to be the best part in most of Asia and saved for last. They even cook rice in stoneware so that they have nice crispy rice on purpose.
Love watching your videos! I stumbled upon you about a month or two ago and you have become my work buddy. I work from home so you keep me company in my office. Thanks for sharing with us!
I have a great one for you my mom called it pepper steak ..... all you need is 2 family size packs of stew meat 5 or 6 green bell peppers sliced and 5 or 6 fresh tomatoes sliced into wedges and 2 medium onions and 1 bottle of ketchup cook on low 6 to 7 hours or 4 to 5 on high server over rice or mashed potatoes.
Hi Jamerrill. I've been using my crock pots more lately and I'm going to make your roast recipe. You're making me hungry watching you cook. Merry Christmas and God bless you all.
My homemade sweet and sour sauce.... Sauté 1/4 medium onion and 1/4 cup finely diced green pepper in 2-3 T. Olive oil until clear. Add about 1 1/2 cups ketchup, 2 teaspoons mustard, 1/4 cup water, salt, pepper, and about 1/2 cup brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and taste. If too sweet, add a bit more ketchup, if too tangy add more brown sugar. I don't use a recipe, but I have done this for years and it is GOOD!
That bottom crust of the rice is the most delicious part! There are several ethnicities that cook their rice that way on purpose including Spain. People fight over that crusty rice Indonesia they make scorched rice tea from it even though it's not actually scorched it's brown.
I love that you dont make it quiet in your house and you even talk to your kids when filming. It's incredibly real and you show everyone that it's okay to be human ❤
Thank you, sweetie. It's the only way I can get videos out. xoxo 😘
@@JamerrillStewart you are awesome!
How she does her videos is why I can't watch some of the people she collabs with, they make things too perfect.
I do not have a large family. I just come here to listen to Jamerrill talk. Love her voice
shes so sweet
I know it's so soothing
Same! I just have a 7 month old but love having her chat away to me. So many tips!

@@jennifermartinezlangham1275 amen to that!😉
I love your crock pot meals. I try to feed my local fire department once a week, and crock pot meals are the easiest for me and the guys.
What a lovely thing you do!
-Danya
This is a fabulous idea. I must find out how to do this (I'm Australian, our fire season started early and has been shocking so far)
Aww thats so sweet and thought full God Bless You
That is the nicest thing I've heard today ! I think I will try that as well ! Beautiful Heart you have.
Stew meat + cream of mushroom + Lipton onion soup mix+ a1 steak sauce in crockpot all day makes amazing beef tips and gravy over rice, noodles, or mashed potato
How much a1 sauce?
Thanks! You just changed my menu for tomorrow! It's already been defrosting in the fridge. :)
Can you use any other soup other than cream of mushroom? Cream of celery? Taste affected?
In Asian cooking (at least in my Korean family), that rice crust is highly desirable. People like the crunchiness of it as a snack or you can put hot water on it and eat it.
Beth my family (Filipino) also likes to eat it too, we eat it with gravy to soften it 😀
Agreed!! Made some rice and peas/beans [Spanish/Mexican] dishes and the crusted rice is the coveted part!!
I was totally gonna say this! 😂 I was like, “NO! EAT IT WITH HOT WATER! IT’S GOLD!”
Love the Bible verses🙌😁💯 I make crock pot dishes for work 15-20 men.

When I lived in South America (Colombia) rice was purposely crisped at the bottom and it was the “coveted” part. I love it!
What rock have I been under I didnt know you could make baked potatoes in the slow cooker😳 life changed forever now ❤
It's amazing!!

Sweet and sour sauce is just equally parts ketchup, vinegar, water, and sugar. Bring it to a boil and add some cornstarch.
People still got to eat...love it!

I’m single, kids are grown, but love watching you and getting inspired with ideas to for what to cook. Too expensive to go out to eat inNashville, TN.
Hi, Jamerill!, watching you from Brazil - we, here, don't really use crock-pots (at all), but it's really fun and informative seeing you.
;-)
Will you be doing a video where you show us what you got your kids for Christmas again? I enjoy those :)
Yes, I'm hoping to get that video up next :)
Hope everyone is ok in your family xox Missed seeing u :)
I like to add 2 or 3 chopped apples to applesauce, put in bottom of casserole, lay pork chops on sauce then top it with stove top dressing, cook at 350 for 30 minutes depending on thickness of pork .....really good !
they all looked scrummy ...hope your family member feels better soon 😊😊 ....💛🧡
Mix corn starch with cold water, it becomes smooth. Won’t leave lumps in the gravy. I save some of my beef broth about a 1/2 cup in the fridge and take out to mix the cornstarch with.
I'm so hurt you gave the crispy browned rice to the chickens! I love it!!!
That crusty rice at the bottom of the pan is fought over in many cuisines! It is delicious! It wouldn't go to my chickens if it was here!

I'm so jealous of your sunny kitchen! I love big, bright airy kitchens!
I have a tiny family (comparatively) - there are only 5 of us. But I’m loving your channel and recipes. I just cut them in half!
Do you season those chops at all? About how thick were your chops - I love the idea of the applesauce chops! :)

Add some allspice to your applesauce porkchops and it will give it that extra depth of flavor.
