We were planning to buy a house but exactly like you we didn't want to get in the loop of financial struggle with interest rates on an all time high. I feel everyone should see this video.

I also cancelled the plan...i was planning for Alberta school of business mba...but i know Canada is not good for studious ones.....our india is growing and our india will have 10 times more gdp than CANADA....and as the condition going on, canada is going to collapse anytime soon. No investment , no cheap labour , no FAANG COMPANIES, just cheap labour works and dependency upon immigrants cant take you much longer.... CANADA will be next greece.

I have'nt seen any1 looking to move US. Only may b new Indians specially from Gurjrate community specially Patels looking for that. 99.99 percent never go to any other place. As per new conditions I am 100% sure over 80% students from India will have to go back India forever. Almost 800,000 students wont get any PR. 100% sure. New students coming to Canada I would advice stay in India dont come. U not gonna get anything but depression and mental problem. Or may b commit bad stuff. For Citizens Canada is still way better then any other country on this planet.
