I'm British by definition. I'm generally from the European continent. By your definition Canadians, Argentinians Mexicans ARE Americans. Peruvians Are Americans. Not having a separate name for your country means that her questioning statement is a good question. I guess and I don't know the answer is what came first. The continents name or the country name?
