La Nuit de L’Homme Bleu Electrique is the only fragrance from which I own a backup bottle. People love that stuff. Definitely the sexiest fragrance in my collection 👌✌️

Wonder if there's a way to calculate cost of a signature cologne per day based on size of bottle and sprays needed. Layton = $0.89 per day vs Detour Noir = $0.07 per day. Would make for an interesting comparison esp since most things seem to be monthly subscriptions now. Est price per month based on normal usage would be cool too.
Forever and Profumo are the only scents that I've backed up. Considering Prada Black. Forever was a must because I use it to blend. The grapefruit is splendid.
Dior Homme Parfum I have a backup bottle of. How much I love it, and the normal difficulty in getting it, made it a must. I also have a backup of Xerjoff Nio. I got my first Nio at such a great price I immediately bought a backup after wearing Nio for the first time.

Also, if you have the few extra $25 or so , I would go for the far far superior Layton clone The Woods Collection's - Dusk . It is in another league compared to Detour Noir , and is of much more quality and performance !

Bought backup bottles of a few fragrances just so i could have 200mls of it (so it lasts me a long while). Light Blue Forever was one that was hard af for me to get. I got mine from Rafaelo’s online store for like $80 a bottle which wasn’t terrible. I could’ve gotten better deals on FragranceBuy or FragranceNet but they’re rarely ever in stock there. Only downside is idk how long the fragrance will last, as ik fragrances can expire. But seeing as i just opened it a month or so ago, id assume itd be good.
I have Dior Homme Parfum and Fahrenheit Parfum, those are winter killers! Lucky enough to have gotten my hands on a bottle. YSL Eau fraiche is an excellent everyday wear.
Forever smells so much like grapefruit 👍🏼 and I like it a lot but unfortunately my wife says it smells like sweat 😓 so I don’t wear it. I do like to smell it every now and again.

Blue Electrique is a great scent, but Fragrance World Jack of Clubs is a clone that is close enough, and the performance is better as far as I'm concerned.
Yvs blue electrique no need for backup, get a 100-200ml and if you really want to preserve it get jack of clubs they smell close enough only the wearer will be able to tell the difference
I have never smelt Layton before but because of you I bought de tour niour... However I used it an when I went to work my supervisor told me if I was sick I could have stayed home the day I said why. He said because he smelt the Vicks vapor on me... An the list goes on... I have never gotten a good complement on this if anyone wants it I would be glad to send it to them for sure....
That's just the Layton DNA, I have both and in my opinion Layton smells even more menthol like vapor rub, but I really enjoy both scents and enjoy the mint. I'd say Detour is more spicy than minty
I’m at the bank drive though and just got the email so I scooped up two bottles. Now I have a possible backup unless fragrancenet refunds me my money and said I wasn’t quick enough like all the other times
I don't recommend buying back up bottles like that. Tomorrow a new fragrance that checks every box could become available, making the one you covet useless. Don't waste money. But I will say that Bleu Electrique is lovely and I'm so glad I finally got a bottle at a fairly reasonable price.
I have about I don't know about four of these fragrances in this list and the other ones are very intriguing but I have so many fragrances now that there's no way that I am going to be able to buy as many as I used to in the past but that being said my scent of the day is givenchy gentleman reserve prive 🔥💯

I ended up selling my Bleu Electrique 100ml backup. With the collection I have, I'll never get through my 60ml. If by some miracle I do, well, I have plenty of other fantastic fragrances.

To me , it makes no sense that you put a few discontinued fragrances on this list , because their prices have skyrocketed , and they are not worth the money they are asking . I certainly would never buy a backup bottle , of a discontinued fragrance that is way way overpriced because of its rareness !
Pointless, if you have more than say 10 scents you might have some variety and shed loads of sprays to last years. Reach 50 plus you should never need a back up bottle, so many hundreds of scents out there to get. Of course choose your own collection size

YSL Y Eau Fraiche is bright & fresh but it doesn't last long. I don't understand the hype but Detour Noir is just okay.
I layered Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud and Detour Noir, it was very nice.
