Wow! The capsule hotel looks freaking amazing! I was under the impression that these hotels are quite cramped up but look at the space!!
:D yes this is the larger room, there are the smaller room option which cost a little less hehe
They are preety Cl ran and quiet with no sound but the size is about the same as my bed at home but bigger
Love these! Can be a great way to keep expenses down while traveling in bigger cities! I wish more cities had them!

Just stayed in a couple of capsule hotels in Tokyo and somehow this is even more crazy! Love that this idea is spreading, all cities need them. This actually has some better facilities than the hotels in Tokyo (most don't have a communal area or kitchen there). Thanks for sharing, really enjoyed the tour!

That is so crazy! But I am super claustrophobic so I'm not sure this is for me... although on saying that it's bigger than some tents I've stayed in! I think the concept is really cool. Reminds me of a spaceship or something. There's just so many funky controls!
haha thanks Ella - yes i felt like i was in some sci fi horror movie haha like alien 😂- its a coop concept - i guess if you are claustrophobic maybe the big one helps haha yes so many controls very techy haha

Hey Nick 😁 another great vlog, really loved how you filmed this! It's so cool that Sydney has a capsule hotel! What was it like sleeping in the capsule though? I've always thought I would feel a bit claustrophobic... But its pretty good value given how centrally located it is! Also unrelated side note... We just saw that you did a HK food collab with Jefffles. We are going to be in HK next month, where should we eat?!
Yo sal and ed! - hit the street food in mongkok :D you wont be sorry (although honestly anywhere is great in hong kong)
But if you are after good food try "kam's roast goose" 1 michelin star - cheap and affordable
The Egg tart is also a local specialty there :D

I have never been to a capsule hotel. That one does look nice. I like that you can lock it. The kitchen that they have is also great. You can save so much money by making food yourself.
This is really cool but I feel like I would get claustrophobic with no windows! Really cool review though.

OMG! This capsule hotel looks sooooooo good! I've only been to a capsule hotel in Tokyo. That was just very efficient and cool. But this one looks sooooo stylish and cool! It looks like a Starwars movie... can't believe it. And great vlog as well. Thanks for sharing!

Ahhhh capsule hotel!!! Always wanted to stay in one. Noticed a lot of countries are going into the capsule wagon. I like the one you stayed in! The capsule is so private

That bed looked super comfortable! I'd definitely stay there. I stayed in a capsule hotel in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan but it was not as beautiful as the one where you stayed! What a gorgeous place! It looked like a room from a sci-fi movie. I'm not planning to go to Australia anytime soon but when I do, I'll definitely stay here.

Ooooooo that is super cool never expected this to be in Sydney. $70 a night is a bargain and the inside is actually quite spacious. Very impressive and great review man 👍would way prefer this over a hostel.

These are nuts! haha Saw them while in Japan, but never stayed or saw the inside of one. What an interesting concept, and hahaha about the elevator! Looked like a really cool hotel, and you definitely had a lot of space in that room!

There is U Street Capsule Hotel in Washington DC. It was just under $40 but totally nice. My dinner that night in town cost more than my lodging. The DC metro area is painfully expensive when you're really on a budget. It was smaller than the one you showed but functional.
Wow gosh we haven't been to DC yet but it sounds so expensive like Sydney😅 Dinner in the city also cost more than $40 pp. Yeah capsule hotel is just to rest after out exploring 😊
Nice review! I It's a cool little cheap one in the CBD! But I dunno why I'm imagining of the worse... if there's a fire... aargh! tight space, people rushing, etc... lol
hahah :D - its actually divided by room and floors, so for examples theres 3 rooms on my floor - each room contains between 6-16 , im on the deluxe so only 6 haha :P
Ahahaha your unimpressed voice at not noticing the lift on the ground floor. I would've felt exactly the same. It literally looks like you're inside a spaceship, which is actually, kinda cool. I feel like I'm watching you on Star Trek or something aha. We wanted to stay in one in Japan as well, buuuuut.. kids kinda crushed that dream for us.

This is so cool! We looked into staying at a similar place in Iceland recently. Great to know there is a good option in this area as well. I think our kids would think it was so fun!

The ones in Japan are waaaayy better and cheaper. I recently stayed in one in Kyoto but I do like the available ironing board in the wash room. That makes it better for long term stay.

I love a good capsule hotel experience! I can't wait to go to Japan and actually try the "authentic" experience. I tried one in Malaysia and it looks so similar to this one. Definitely a bang for your buck I would say.
He’s cute haha and yess it’s as awesome as he has shown. I live in Sydney but an hour away from the city. So whenever I go out clubbing or some festival and stuff like that, I always stay at this capsule hotel in the smaller pot. Even that one is spacious. I am short 1.60cm but I am actually chubby and yet again it’s so cozy! I actually feel super safe and comfy when I’m asleep. People are not loud at all. Male bathrooms seem smaller than ladies haha. I love the showers and how clean it is. The bed and pillow is so comfy. Also you have your privacy as u can lock the door! There’s a full length mirror behind the door of dorm entry. The locker is pretty spacious as it’s thin but long. I usually take hangers with me cuz I pack too much but they got some hangers :) it’s cheap, I rather stay here when I have a night out and I’m gonna be out all night , why should I pay for an expensive hotel. X :)

Didn’t know Sydney has a capsule hotel actually! Did they renovate Bar Century into this capsule hotel?! Those were the memories haha. Wow the interior looks like something from Star Wars, this is so futuristic lol. Massive space as well, might just wanna check in for one night to check this out! 😊
the capsule hotel starts from level 3 jeff, the century bar is stil there on level 2 :D and 1 i assume haha.. cause i did see the sign going up haha - this is perfect for saturday night party stay :P -

I had never stayed in a capsule hotel but the capsule looked like something out of Star Wars. I'm surprised at how much space there is in the capsule.

haha XD Jay - its a proper hotel, so they clean it everyday :D - the capsule hotel isnt too thick in walls i agree, but most people here are very quiet they try not to make as much noise as possible out of respect for others who are sleeping by XD - but you can also get earplugs if you are a really light sleeper hehe
