Know exactly what your customer wants from your product 3. Provision their wants with the absolute best service you can muster.
I really needed to hear this interview .. I’m getting so much criticism because I want to start off building going after that $50 mrr per new client and then I’m being called stupid because they all say I should start out charging 10x - 100x more upfront. So, it gave me a deep inner peace to hear that converts kit is now at 1.7mm mrr starting $50 at a time. So thank you Nathan Barry and thank you Alex Becker. Prosperity to all in 2020 and beyond.
Alex - I want to reach out and thank you for taking the time to do this interview. It has been very helpful for me. Not only is the value in this good but I also realize the value in searching out these CEO interviews even if they aren't "main stream".
Alex, been following you for years, your content is always great but this is complete fire. Please keep doing these interviews, you had some of the best questions I have heard on any business conversation/podcast. Would love more of these!
Alex this was outstanding. After asking myself something like "Have I truly given this every ounce of effort in order to give it a fair shot of actually working?" it really opened my eyes to just do whatever it takes to succeed. This was a great interview, thank you father Becker
Alex, thank you! You really made this interview interesting to listen to, love it. Asked great questions that I've wanted answers to for a long time! Also big thank you to Nathan for taking the time to share with us all. ❤️

Haven't watch the video, but respect to Alex first of all for putting his time in making this video. It's amazing how much insights he have given to others like myself.
Out of all the content out there on the internet, interviews like these are rare. The information being outlined in this video dispels a lot of the FAKE guru garbage out there that encourages poor mental habits, behaviors and values. I personally work with entrepreneurs to optimize their mindset, beliefs and self-discipline and find that this component is what many beginner, intermediate and advanced business owners struggle with. IMO this is not necessarily a fixed-problem but a journey of continuous self-development (as these two humbly demonstrate). Those that have a firm understanding on the pitfalls of consciousness are able to achieve their dreams and desired results much quicker. Commitment to your mission and business is just as important as committing to your own mental, emotional, physical and spiritual growth. Incredible content gentlemen.
Man, I love seeing your channel go this direction. So glad I'm subscribed and thanks so much for providing such outstanding content, Alex! Love from Germany!
Alex I'm glad posting more startup/saas related content. This is the area that I focus on and I also dig for interviews of smart ceos (big fan of Jason Cohen and William Hockey). My first tech company failed after four years. I was able to get a job in the industry through connections and my experience without a degree. I'm currently trying to organize my life enough so that I can pursue another venture.
Thank You Alex. Thank You Nathan Becker. The Q & A was absolutely awesome. Nathan was excellent with how to get traction with a new business. I have been doing the email “shot gun “ method. This stuff definitely puts me in the right direction. ✌🏼👊🏼

@@inthedms82 yea but from my experience, companies in our niche dont get 10x rev multiples, more like .5-1x PROFIT multiples, but even those would come with conditions like the owner must stay on the company for a very long time, future performance, etc. What Becker is focused on creating NOW (Hyros) *could* have a multiple attached to it, but you only get a multiple attached to your business once you get an investor, which I dont believe is the approach becker is going for but i may be wrong.
