You dont need teflon on that valve it comes precoated with high temp tread seal around the treads from the factory.

Dave Woz any new plumbing on existing plumbing in the autoclave industry should get Teflon tape .. just don’t put to much on , it may break loose . Which would then possibly clog an different valve !
