Im really glad you switched retubbles synth and added a percussion sound cause i personally felt his old synth sound was kind of boring mediocre for wublin island. Definetely a big improvement!
I like how you made the transition from the normal song to the new quieter verse smoother. Feels less like half the song got snatched and more like the moment before a beat drop. Akaiyo!
I didn’t really like the old sound that much so this is a major improvement in my opinion and the design is way better too also the percussion part sounds like sprawling savanna from super mario 3d world
I can’t believe his entire sound was changed, it sounds so good! Also what if the wubbox created another island like Wublin island in which he experimented wublin designs and that’s how these came to fruition? Or maybe the wublins discovered the island seemed to have striped of the monster world map and of thought to not exist anymore?
Wow you really are remaking these wublins until they reach perfection. Looks like it paid off, i always thought retubbles design was a little off, but now he seems much better!
I respect the effort and dedication you’re putting into this project, slowly and patiently polishing your monsters overtime until we get to see an outstanding output like this! The Monsters of this series have come very far from their origins, and i cant wait to see what you have in store for us next!
I know people were sceptical about this series being remade at first, but I hope everyone is slowly starting to see why I wanted to remake it. It's always been my favourite series and to leave it as outdated as it was didn't sound satisfying to me :)
Now all that's missing is the TV belly (I forgot his name) In fact, this little guy is the one that has changed the most in terms of appearance and sound and he also has a very stylish dance. It's a full package! Good job Nova/MSM and Raw Zebra!
I definitely feel like Retubble's upgrade is a VAST improvement! One, I like how you got rid of the completely unnecessary mouth from the og design (while there's plenty of non-singing monsters from the actual game that still had mouths, there's just something about og Retubble's completely static mouth that didn't sit right with me). Two, the complete overhaul on how Retubble made music. Something about the way it pulled random arms in and out of it's body while holding eyes just didn't sit right with me on an anatomical and instrumental standpoint. Swapping it to eyeballs that rattle around in it's clear lower half similar to shLep and a mini light show similar to Blipsqueak was a MUCH better choice!
Looks like he lost a few pounds also his mouth also got taller and a tail an two new instruments To be honest it was hard to tell it was this guy in the first place like this dude is completely different it's a lot better than original since that's what you're aiming for since the original wasn't all too good but still was somewhat good
