Thank you. Im starting to get pain below my hips on side of thigh when walking for longer than about an hour after years of walking a lot with no problem. Im thinking its my walking tecnique .
So doctor what I understand that when moving forward with right foot swinging your left hand turns towards right leg ie clockwise and this is followed immediately by bringing heel of the swing leg down by tucking the right leg and turning the upper waist ie right hand anticlock wise.
You almost got it. The upper waist and lower waist action occur in a sequence. First the upper waist rotation brings the heel down, then the lower abs tuck after the heel touches to bring the body forward. If you do them at the same time, it will be like plopping instead of gliding.
To pull the body forward your upper waist is awalys turning towards the swing leg @15.25 this action is before the heel of the swing leg touches the ground is this correct

You can help this by improving the walking technique.
