It is as far as paying for reviews/purchases, etc. As far as I'm aware, there is not a policy against following up via messages regarding purchases and asking for honest feedback or support for the product purchased. :)

I've switched my niche several times on the same shop, since Etsy is a search based platform, you can revive an old shop with new products :)
