The wall titans are actually 60 meters tall just like the collosal titans. At the middle of season 1 episode 25 (information we could share so far or something like that) they showed us the story of the old man trying to dig under the wall. He then said that the walls goes so deep or something, which could probably mean that 10 meters of the wall titans are buried under the ground.

It's not like Isayama confirmed that the wall titans are smaller than the titan shifter collosal titans.
Isayama never made any confirmation about the Wall Titans height. He didn't confirm that they were smaller than the Colossal, but he didn't confirm that they were the same size either.
The thing is that there's no confirmation of their feet being buried. All we have is that the fondations of the Walls are in the ground but we don't know if the feet are buried or not. When the Walls got destroyed, they didn't look like they were partially burried (but I agree that it's hard to determine from what we've seen), and if they were buried that means we should have seen some trenches where the Walls were, but there is no mention of this by the characters, it's not shown either.
Also, their head don't even reach the top of the Walls, so even by considering the possibility of their feet being burried, that means there's still a need to have ~15 meters of them burried if we want them to be 60m.
And if we think about how the Walls were made, if the feet were burried, it would mean that they dug before they hardened, which seems a bit useless. It could just be that they just stood up and then the hardening went under their feet to make the fondations.
@@Razzylada i think cause they need a base because if they stand normally and turn in to wall there will be base and it can be possible that the wall could fall down (if colosal titan or other titan breakin)
@@tonymegas5993 Yeah, I know that there is a base (as described with the miner's story, the fondations of the Walls are deep). But the fondations doesn't require for the Wall Titans to dig under them before they hardened, it could just be that the hardening went under their feet, deep in the ground, making the fondations.
I'm also saying this because after the destruction of the Walls, if the Wall Titans were partially burried, there would be trenches left after they left. However, none of the characters mentionned the presence of trenches, and it is not shown/implied, going in the sense that there is no trenches. Also, during the destruction of the Walls by itself, the Wall Titans didn't look burried (even though it's hard to determine properly), at least, they certainly didn't look like they had ~15m of them burried, which would be required if we want them to be 60 meters tall, and they weren't shown raising their legs up in order to get their lower legs out of the ground either.
If Floch had the Founding Titan, those Wall Titans would’ve been running at full ass sprint speed towards Marley.

I think it's more terrifying that they are walking, the fact that they are so unbothered over the destruction of the world. They could run, they can strike, they can roar and eat, but they don't need to, destruction will come in time and there is nothing you can do about it.

Aren't they 60m (wall titans)? Like their feet and some of their legs (about 10m) were buried underground to make for proper grounding before they hardened?
As for their feet buried down in the dirt for good foundation, maybe that could be true.

In the manga, Eren summoned the titans of the past, he summed them out of nothing. So either (A) Karl Fritz summoned the colossal titans of the past but summoned all of them a couple of times or (B) King Fritz can create his own titans
Or Ymir picked up the slack and just created a bunch of Colossal Titans in a mere second (since no time passes at the Coordinate) or she already had a bunch of Colossal Titans lying around just ready to be used.

Btw, the wall titans are actually just pure titans. The reason they didn’t try eating people in the rumbling is because Eren was controlling them. Pastor nick said that the titan should never be exposed to sunlight. They aren’t titan shifters since they don’t have special abilities. The official guideline says that pure titans emit a lot of heat, so if they were to make it just muscle, it would be very steamy. Just like Rod Reiss, they’re very steamy and really burned the global alliances.

I would love to see a short animation of Karl creating the walls. Seeing the faces of people doomed to be turned into wall titans, watching them transform and then line up. The magnitude would be fasinating. We've seen the walls come undone, so it would be dope to see them be made.

there were no humans transformed, king fritz simply had used his ability as the founder to materialize colossal titans with the help of ymir. it’s further proved by the fact eren was able to summon titan puppets of the past titan shifters and that not a single one of the wall titans reverts to a human form like the other eldians that were in a mindless titan form

I think these guys are extremely interesting, cause they aren't just giant titans, for all intents and purposes they are pure colossal titans, right down to the ability to emit scalding steam, and the ramifications of that aren't really addressed, is that something only the founding titan can do, or can normal people make them too with the right tools? If the wall titans are pure colossal titans, could someone also create an army of pure armored titans, or pure jaw titans?
Yes. The answer is just yes. Anyone with the Founding Powers unlocked can do nearly anything they want. Including making armies of abnormal titans that hold powers of the 9. Spoliers. They can just summon armies of already long dead Titan Shifters and not even use actual living Eldians as a base. That would be really cool to see though. A full army of Jaws and Armors.
A lot of worldbuilding was left untouched, it's like the founding can make anything biologically possible including those glowing crystals, the giant trees, changing all Eldians immune systems to beat an epidemic, the weird food nut thing that was on an info panel, iceburst I think is/was titan made too

@@megamillion5852 I think so, that only happens because Ymir died at a certain time and her kids ate her corpse, presumably they chopped up and ate the hallucigena in her spine. Ymir could just touch the glowing Paths tree and change this. I guess millennia of warmongering and general shitty medieval living didn't give anyone pause to think about it.

There was so much misdirection in the earlier seasons that the setting feels like a completely different place now. I remember when it was said that the walls were found by the escaping people, not built, and there was speculation that it was some kind of trap by the Titans or something. Same for Reiner claiming their objective was to destroy mankind and never mentioning anything like Eldians, Ymir's Subjects, Demons or even "your people". It was Titans and Titan shifters against mankind.

I remember seeing one of the wall titans in the end of the season 1 part 2 credits and the beginning of season 2, I kind of expected the wall titans to look like an 15-meters titan, appearance wise while skinless and tall as the walls. Probably the quickest/only way to create the walls. Having them guaranteed that the rest of the world wouldn't attempt a full force attack that had no chance against such power. Like nukes, having them assures safety, especially if only his side has them. So it doesn't matter that its a bluff.
I don't think he ever intended on using them but only had them there to ensure the rest of the world wouldn't kill him and the rest of his people

It's an analogy for nukes. They were created without the intent of being used, instead with the intent of acting as a shield, since no one would attack for fear of the world being destroyed
I feel like you need to rewatch the series again. King fritz created the three walls to maintain peace within his empire because of how the world fears the king's false retaliation using the millions of wall titans sleeping in the island if they laid a single touch in them. He did feel guilt and accepted the atrocities they have committed but besides that King fritz decided to have a brief time of peace within his empire before the world attacks them. Those walls were never really intended to trample them, but to ensure that his last wish for the good must be fullfilled before the extinction of their race happens.

I that during the rumbling, the founder would spawn more and more titans as the lines of titans circling the globe were too wide for the current number and thus made way for more. Which may explain the ‘tens of millions’ of titans that have been stated.
The simple answer is, it was the army of Karl Fritz that became the wall titans.

I don't know what's meant by detonate in the vid's version of the powerset but I am basing on the shifter version of these titans
I would call the first power radiation, the power bert nearly killed armin with by raising the colossal titan's body heat to unbearable levels, capable of setting fire not just to what touches the titan but now anything around it, that is only explicitly shown once and sheds a lot of the titan's mass. I'd think it's possible the wall titans could do this too but it's yet another thing eren never uses
the second ability I would definitely call detonation or something like that, while a shifter transforms they can release a massive amount of energy during a full transformation being the closest thing attack on titan has to a nuclear weapon, since actually transforming seems to be required the wall titans do not have that ability themselves. of course I could be wrong about the first main power too as most shifter powers are something pure titans aren't capable of
Wonder if they can also regenerate the way pure titans do. That'd just make them even scarier since even if dismembered, they could end up recovering and getting back into action later.

When the Rumbling arrived on the shores of Marley, there is one Wall Titan who's still walking despite having the upper half of its head blasted off. They can definitely heal

The Founding Titan is completely broken. Even if tech advanced to the point CTs could be taken down more easily, the Founding Titan seems to be capable of creating an infinite number of then in a very short period of time - any force trying to stop that onslaught would be overwhelmed unless they got the FT itself, which doesn't even have to be near the Wall Titans in order to create/command them.
