For those of you wondering about the name of this track, it's untitled, from the album "In Search of The" Volume I, Track 6. Buckethead fans/community unofficially called this song "Sourced Autonomy" but for some reason this charter seems to have mislabeled it "Sourced Astronomy."
He does make a lot of stuff that i don't really like, but to write off all of his pikes as bad is ridiculous. He has made so much material he can fuck around if he wants to, like in this song he just messes around because it's fun. If i was able to do that i would do the same thing. So many of his pikes are pure gold. Coupon, monument valley, hold me forever, hornet, trace candle, the spirit winds, pearson's square, rainy days, hiding in the pickle jar, city of ferris wheels, the frankensteins monster ball, Cycle, Closed attractions, wishes, claymation courtyard, leave the light on, aquarium, 3 foot clearance, silent picture book, march of the slunks, forgotten library, telescape, it smells like frogs, and the list just keeps going on.
Seeing as that was actually just a bend where he was also occasionally hitting the higher string as well, I can say with confidence this is not what Buckethead was thinking in that moment, despite how it was charted as "chords."
It just keeps going... I'm surprised this video hasn't ended. I keep slipping in and out of moments where I forget I'm watching this, then realise what's going on.

When was the last time he put out something as memorable as say, Soothsayer or Jordan? He's put out 20 records this year. How many GOOD songs can someone make when they crank out THAT MUCH material in only 9 months? I think most people talk shit on songs like that because it feels like mindless shredding. And if that's your thing, fine. But for most people, music like that, while impressive, gets annoying and boring REALLY fast.
