“Dawson’s Creek” is honestly perfect as it it. It is my favorite show and honestly I feel like it was perfect the way it ended. Like it can’t be done better so it’s best to keep it that way.
I cant get over the fact that they killed jen. So unnecessary
Totally agree with you and Katie Holmes. The series and the ending were perfect as is. Recently watched the extended version of the finale for the first time with Andie's cameo and Jen's death and Gram's final words was done so beautiful and sweet. Everyone got their happy ending and Jen got her wish. Her soulmate was raising her daughter with the love of his life and Dawson, Pacey, and Joey remained friends. Dawson realized that Joey was his soulmate which transcended beyonds lovers and friends and it didn't matter whether they ended up together lr not. They will always be apart of each other's lives. Joey finally stopped running away from true love and chose Pacey when he told her he was letting her off the hook and just wanted her to be happy. Jen also died happy and at peace with her life. The show is complete and instead of living in the past. Create something new. Never understood why everyone is waiting for Hollyweird to create new things. Hollyweird is about profit and agenda pushing not creativity. Even in the show, Dawson had to leave Hollywood and venture out on his own to create the film he wanted which became the television series in a television series The Creek.

I like Katie Holmes, but there's something about her...I can't quite put my finger on it - I just can't get a feeling about anything about her, like what kind of person she is or anything about her personality. Obviously I know we don't know celebrities anyway and we only see what they put out there but I dunno it's just like nothing with Katie, I get the same sense with Jennifer Aniston.
Some actors feels like they're acting all the time, during interviews, walking on the streets, is like they're always pretending to be someone else and I feel thats why we can't figure them out.

@@82pythons85 .. wrong bc if they where dead inside they wouldn't be able to bring a character to life for us. A professional actor job is to be a medium for a written character to become a real physical one. That's why most actors try to keep their lives private, that way the character they play is not tainted by their own lives.
I think it's good we can't figure them out. Would you want to put your whole life open to public? I don't think so. I see her very real and pretty normal person. More real than most celebrities. She wants to protect herself and her child. Can't blame her for that. When she was with Cruise, paparazzis were relentless. Took milloin photos of her kid. I would have never wanted to be in her position. I think she is pretty open about her life concerning everything. But I agree about Jennifer Aniston.
I think she is wrong.. Dawson's creek would have such a nostalgic 90s feel to it. It would do great. I would love to see a reboot
Oh yeah, a movie about a woman battling bipolar disorder, gonna rush right out and see that. Yeah, no. It's rather upsetting that the charm of Dawson's Creek isn't something that Hollywood wants to produce, because it's needed more today than it ever has in the past. Thank goodness for DVDs.

I so agree. Yes, it's nostalgic but I think we need it more than ever. Some beauty and innocence back. Right now there's nothing truly beautiful and about true love tv shows. Even though they are adults, if it's done the right way, I truly believe it could work and be succesful and maybe even a hit.
