Was that a cliffhanger and there's gonna be a fourth season or are we left to ponder? Gotta say I wouldn't be angry if that was it, I was very satisfied by the ending, however if that wasn't it, I'm gonna say Varga gets off somehow.
If there is a Season 4 it probably won't have anything to do with this storyline. I think Hawley intended for us to draw our own conclusions without every knowing for certain.
'The problem is not that there is evil in the world. The problem is that there is good. Because otherwise, who would care?' Sent chills down my spine when Varga said this, I havent like a character so much in a tv show in a long time, Thewlis is amazing.
You did completely miss Varga's = in five minutes someone will enter that door = and the last shot of the clock moving well past five minutes and nothing happened.
Of course Varga's prediction comes true, at least in part. But I also predict that now that Varga is back in the U.S., that Mr. Wrench will kill him. After all, he waited 5 whole years to kill Emmett, which means that he obviously still feels indebted to Nikki, and aims to complete Nikki's vendetta.
Personally, even if Varga gets away from Gloria/DHS - he still has to deal with Wrench who will & is finishing the job that Nikki should had finish 1st.
PC BEAST Nvidia he may be a pitchfork peasant, but wrench managed to kill Meeml and send Yuri running for the hills (or dead idek anymore), both of his top henchmen. While i'm not saying Wrench could do it easily, he's shown in the past he can do a task as difficult as this.
A pitchfork peasant that wiped out his group of bodyguards in seconds and would had killed Varga too if the elevator door hadn't closed at that time. A pitchfork peasant that unlike Nikki, has the patience to wait out Varga and whom the latter never saw once & think no is coming after in a murderous way, which makes it easy for Wrench to sneak up on him just like he did to Emmit.
GUYS U KNOW THAT SEEN WAS STUPID , WHY THE FUCK THE WHOLE BRILLIANT TRAINED SQUAD WOULD GET BAITED BY 2 ROOKIES AND WOULD FOLLOW THAT CHILD WITHOUT TAKING PRECAUTIONS , THE REAL FARGA WOULD NEVER GET BAITED THAT WAY. WRENCH WOULD GET KILLED BY VARGA IF THEY MEET AGAIN AND THAT'S THAT
No,its not "That's That" because the "brilliant" trained squad was led into a trap and Meemo himself got checkmate twice but left alive the previous episode by Wrench & Nikki. It's Varga's biggest flaw - being too cocky and not thinking someone has edge/ can one-up on him. Same situation with him & Gloria at DHS - He thinks he walking and yeah, he might for now, but she can pull the "give your photo plus known alias to her EU equivalent and they flag him wherever he goes in Europe" . She's not a local cop from the sticks anymore, she's a federal law enforcement employee that got him flagged in the US at JFK, 5 years later! So either way, he going to get punish later rather than sooner because it Fargo - We just not going to see the end results because again, its Fargo.
Captain Olimar yeah well every other video he did for the season was titled 'breakdown'. I saw the episode, would prefer some type of analysis than this shit.
Fun fact: Varga is a common Hungarian name meaning "shoemaker". He hints at this when he says he is responsible for lady shoes. Also, he pronounces "there" with a distinctive Hungarian accent. Also, we have names like Varga, Miklós Vilmos (M. V.). Based on the small details in his depiction, Varga could very well be a communist era Hungarian ex-agent, with ties to the Stasi and the KGB, emigrated to England and turned capitalist.
Gloria wins. No question whatsoever in my mind. Because whatever happens to Varga - a greedy, horrible man - she goes to the state's fair with her son, guesses a pig's weight and eats a deep-fried Snickers bar. There's no better way to spend a Saturday, and - as in the original film - "its a beautiful day". No money can buy that.
drrob1963 ...yeah but if Gloria is wrong and he doesn't get arrested then he will come after her and probably her son now too and kill them both now that he knows exactly where they will be at. i bet i even know how he would do it too...i bet that he poisons their snickers bars at the fair. kinda sucks the season is over already though...
Sorry - I can't see that after only the second time they ever meet. Varga can't even remember their first meeting - he operates outside of the law, he loves to manipulate it, then disappear into the shadows with his money, as if he had never been. If he walks, Gloria can't get to him - problem solved for Varga. From Varga's point of view though, Mr Wrench is the ongoing problem - not Agent G. Burgle.
Looking back at the very first scene of this season (East Berlin - 1988), the whole season makes a lot more sense. The officer tells the man in question "We're not interested in stories. We're interested in the truth." At the end of the scene, we're not completely certain whether this man is telling the truth or if he's lying. Throughout the season, there has been a battle between the factual "truth" and the story being told. Even when we see the whole "This is a true story" at the beginning of each episode, the word "true" always fades away before "story." Initially I wasn't too blown away by the ending of this season, but the more I thought about it, the more I was okay with how it ended. Although it would have been sweet to see Varga get some real comeuppance, but maybe he'll return even more sinister than ever
He's connected to the RUSSIAN MAFIA you fools, and so very high up government, see al the references to bears? Heres whats gon happen "a man you can't argue with will come in here and let me go".... 100% certain. Only young people with no knowledge of the mafia whatsoever can believe otherwise.
people complaining about the ending should watch coen brothers movies. the big lebowski, fargo, burn after reading, hail caeser, no country for old man etc all have similar kind of ending, where you dont know what the hell happened. but i love it anyways
So you prefer more sophisticated "spoon-feeding" for a more "sophisticated" level of idiot. Fuck off. This season smacked of female impowerment and thus lacked actual balls and excitement.
(Note: I personally liked the ending and that great cutting of Symphony No. 23) That's true, Hussain, except this wasn't the Coen brothers directing or writing, so for me (while it was still a fitting ending) it was a poor attempt at a Coen-esque ending for a great series.
hammertapping people like you are the worst. People who have to turn everyday matters of opinion into ways they are superior from the "sheep". You suck, and you are superior to noone.
Vargas in prison: the very last frame on Burgle was a smiling face, which means that her forecast was right. I hope. Anyway, I beg for season 4. I am a newcomer here, appreciate your job. Liked and subscribed.
Just started rewatching seasons 1 & 2 leading up to the season 3 finale, and noticed something I didn't before during the season 2 finale (but I'm sure most of you did, so forgive me if this is an old observation): one of the young boys Hanzee comes to the rescue of on the playground is deaf. Was Mr. Wrench Hanzee Dent's protege??? Wrench's backstory could make a good season 4...
Hi yes the two kids are Mr Number and Mr Wrench. Another thing if you don't know, Hanzee is the Fargo boss that was killed by Marvo after the chinese restaurant.
I'm hoping to debate this with someone in these comments but Emmit didn't deserve what he got. He was an innocent man who was taken advantage of. He never meant any physical harm to anyone, sure he cheated his brother out of a stamp but it wasn't what he deserved.
One of the themes in Fargo is the emphasis that we don't get what we think we "deserve", we get what we get. Understanding of right and wrong varies from person to person. So what seems unjust to you might be the opposite for someone else. Not to say expecting cosmic justice for ourselves is a childish anthropocentric concept in of itself.
I think this is another "decide for yourself" whilst Im sure he had no hand in the physical act. The way he sidlined Sy as soon as Billion were mentioned*amongst other things( made him complicate in my eyes. but far from guilty in a court of Law. unless OJ was the prosecution. ;)
I prefer it they keep up with the formula. I hope season 4 has SOME easter eggs and connections to previous seasons but I hope it's a completely different story with new characters.
That's what i'm saying. I want them to keep doing it that way. With some connections to previous seasons like Mr Wrench in season 3, but an overall different story with different characters.
The idea that the reality of any situation as more often than not told through a story is entirely subjective. Maybe it happened, maybe it didn't, who can you trust to give you the objective truth, doubt always exists. A story told is just one interpretation. Ultimately you can believe whatever you want to believe.
Im binge re-watching FARGO from episode 1. That seemingly unrelated opening scene in Berlin '88 set the stage for the season's core message " IF YOU BELIEVE SOMETHING, true or not, TO YOU IT BECOMES A FACT".
The ending I would have liked is that, out of the blue, Gloria Burgle would have cited the message Swango was to give to the wicked, then the camera shows Varga crap his pants
This was one of the best tv crime series ever. Up there with BB and beyond Sopranos. The movie is still one of my favorite movies ever and definitely the best dark comedy ever. I love the way existential themes are incorporated into the script of the series, all 3 seasons are awesome but the 3rd might be my fave. I hope there are more seasons to come; theres not much tv worth watching anymore, im always on youtube.
Anyone notice how the scientist who deactivates the "I can help" robot is voiced by David Thewlis? Maybe it's a sort of foreshadowing of this final scene.
The more interesting part is a fact. Robot significantly is the partner who gets put in a coma by Vargas. He's the helper who doesn't know when to stop he also gets turned off, and his friend dies in the end. Plus the scene with his wife who varga called fat when she was takings his jacket off it appeared he only had one arm.
Yes, I thought of the Lord of War soon after Vargas character was entered the story. That’s why I think he’ll be let go by the higher powers of government. Though I’d love another season showing Mr. Wrench taking him out while he’s barfing in the bathroom stall.
furiousgtz r u referring to the part where he pees in the mug and makes that guy drink it or when he goes to the bathroom to vomit all his food and then starts eating again that guy is discusting
going back 2 episodes. Do you think the concession worker, at the bowling alley killed Yuri. You don't see him again after that. And he is never mentioned again. Which I found very odd.
The music played during the closing of episode ten is the same music (Beethoven's 23 Piano Sonata) That Varga is listening to when Emmitt calls for help with Ray's death. Varga tells Ray this about what Lennin said about that piece of music: (I'm trying to figure out what it means for the ending.) I know of nothing better than the Appassionata and could listen to it every day. What astonishing, superhuman music! It always makes me proud, perhaps with a childish naiveté, to think that people can work such miracles! … But I can’t listen to music very often, it affects my nerves. I want to say sweet, silly things, and pat the little heads of people who, living in a filthy hell, can create such beauty. These days, one can’t pat anyone on the head nowadays, they might bite your hand off. Hence, you have to beat people's little heads, beat mercilessly, although ideally we are against doing any violence to people. Hm - what a devillishly difficult job!
The ending is much life the novel version of Life of Pi. It doesn't matter what actually happens in the end, it's what you decide to believe. This tells us about ourselves, how we see the world, and possibly how the narrative art has shaped up.
Nikki's death wasn't so touching. The way her story ended was meh for me. And I was wishing that we had some more scenes with Nikki and Wrench and how they get along together. More important for me was that I wanted to know what Wrench had planned for his future. Could there still be some people left from his Fargo gang? I know this wasn't the main focus of this season. But Nikki and Wrench were the only reason I enjoyed this season. This season was good but not as good as season 1 and 2. Favourite scene of this season: reintroduction of Wrench, him and Nikki being hunted by Yuri.
I believe Gloria was right. As the show compares, she's the robot from Ennis's books who's seen this mess time and time again. Once she takes a step back, she and the IRS, who's probably responsible for her promotion, have had time to analyze the data and catch Varga, or chaos, in its tracks.
It’s weird. I have not found anything on RUclips analyzing the third season of Fargo which was my personal favorite. But the more I think of it, the show was so well executed with Vargas stories about truth, the editing and sound and shots. Aw jeez, I feel the showrunners would say okay then do you guys really need your hands held on this one?
what about the first scene of the season? had forgotten? although it is nice that the season started with 2 people talk and ended in a same kind of talk. One is talking in the name of truth and the second one tries to make it in his way.
He was never trying to get away. Remember in all the episodes it's him who wants to be in a room with her as if he's trying to recruit somebody who is like him. Remember he is a chameleon. And she doesn't believe she's real. But the best part about season 3 guys is the robot is referring to the guy who drank the tea. His best friend died he was shut off for a time being and his job was to help. Infact he was the helper along. And the one arm is a big significant when his wife is trying to put on his coat you can tell when he breaks down he has one on packed away which makes it look like he's a one-armed man.
I wonder if Nikki would go after Emmit if Varga didin't escaped. In episode 9 when he told her that it was Emmit who has killed Ray she responded that Emmit wasn't the person who tried to killed her... But because Varga did run away she needed some consolation by punishing someone and also she wanted to deliver that quote wich was the thing i was really waiting for... Sad it turned out like this. Despite of everything I was rooting fo Nikki and her hmm... salvation? I quess... Well thing is that in the end in some twisted way among tons of other thigs Varga was responsible also for her and that officer death...
Mr. Wrench is the only character who appears in all three seasons. I was so excited when he appeared in this season. Hoping he will be the fourth one too.
Wouldn't the accountant's discovery of all the fraud lead to the downfall of Goldfarb? Varga has fled, but she's still around with all the evidence of her corruption.
If they ever make a season 4 they should hire a comedian as a lead like Dave Chappelle or something. Would be a cool switch and allow them to show their acting chops off.
well I'm no physicist (Hell I barely know how to spell that lol) BUT If this is anything like schrodinger's cat then both options have occurred. v.M Varga is both in prison and free.
tony roca...malvo would make dogfood out of vm varga...and folks watch the clock at the end.......more than 5 minutes ticks away...and no man to let varga go comes in....sooo...and besides the lady cop allways wins in Minnesota,,,,dont cha know
well, my expectation came clearly trough the amazing season 1 and 2 of fargo... But the 3th one was kind of slow, even though some of the episodes where pretty cool. But I was hoping for some answers in the season finale... who was the guy in the opening scene? whos the guy who shows up all the time? what happened to the russian? etc etc...
George Henry why do you have to be mean? You aren't more clever than him just because you watch Cohenn Brothers. Lots of Cohen films end, by the way, and most of them have story arcs that end, which is what a story "ending" actually is, not the film stopping before once the bad guy is in jail. This season had no character arcs which ended, every single one was cut short, which isn't satisfying. You can muse about the subtext if you like, but factually, none of these characters stories ended, which made the cliffhanger even worse.
You never can predict the future - Season 3 rules and we all ask for a Season 4 to be bestowed upon us- the character arcs in this show are legendary and so rewarding! And Nikki should somehow be resurrected in a future season as an angel!
The 4th season of Fargo WON'T be made for at least another 3 more years according to Noah Hawley as he is working on other projects like Legion and an upcoming FX series based off of the Cat’s Cradle book by Kurt Vonnegut, along with 2 films that he has in the works. It's shit news, but hey, at least it hasn't been cancelled. Bring on 2020!!!!!!!!!
I'm with Varga. We can only hope Gloria isn't the robot from Ennis' book, but Varga has always been steps ahead. It took someone as cunning as Nikki & Wrench to stifle him but I just don't think Gloria is capable. This is Fargo, the land of unpredictability. So would it be outside the realm of possibility to think perhaps they'd do a 4th season, picking up where this episode left off?
So someone tell me. I am new to Fargo. Been binge watching. Are these true stories, or not. Season 3 suggests not. If that is the case, I have been sucked in haven’t I. Great acting.
not true stories! the Cohen Bros came up with the idea of saying 'true story' before their Fargo film and the makers of the series used it too. It's quite an interesting idea to be fair.
Kathiravan Ganesh maybe for you but the critics tends to think differ! season 2 was by far the best directed well plotted and awesome character development season ever! But ofcourse with faces like Martin and Billy will outrace faces like Patrick..Shame!
It almost felt like the last episode of the 60s series The Prisoner, starring Patrick McGoohan. 'Who is number 1?' Lets let the audience figure it out for themselves.
in recent times Noah Hally is best he maybe adopted Fargo but did with his original and unique. I don't know why people underrated him. I watched stranger things most people praised that but that show not original. that's copycat of ET, poldrigse, close encounter third kind. but Fargo is unique
Season 2 felt like a more traditional straight forward crime story, season 1 reminded me a lot of No Country for Old Men, Season 3 felt a little messy imo, however I felt like VM Varga thus far had been the most intriguing villain in the series, overall I feel your ratings are accurate.
Varga has way too many people on his payroll to get stuck on Rikers. Amazing ending, not what I expected. The Emmy should go to David Thewlis...or Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Great job! Can't wait for #4......
Loved the episode right up until the end, then HUH??? I think leaving the ending hanging there is kind of lazy, especially after the great buildup. Thanks for pointing out Emmitt's car trouble and broken cell phone, I was wondering the same thing while watching. Although I was rooting for Nikki to get her revenge for Ray, I loved the original Fargo music playing while the camera pans her body. Favorite lines of the episode for me is Nikki saying to Emmitt, "He's a kitten now. Ray. Did you know that?
Has anyone noticed or is it just me... Emmit stussy's car stopped cause of low fuel... Bt later after the officer and the nikki swango died it just magically started
+lurch321 See it's villains like Malvo and Varga that make me hate the "Fargo" title. They are waaaay too competent at what they do compared to the 2 stooges in the 1996 movie. They are more identical to Anton Chigurh if anything. This series is more a Coen Brothers tribute than an actual Fargo tribute.
Whose prediction came true: Gloria Burgle or V.M. Varga?
Varga of course but I'm a cynic. "Money is a good soldier, and will on."
Was that a cliffhanger and there's gonna be a fourth season or are we left to ponder? Gotta say I wouldn't be angry if that was it, I was very satisfied by the ending, however if that wasn't it, I'm gonna say Varga gets off somehow.
I'm thinking that Varga may have a contingency in place for such a situation. The guy is pretty crazy prepared.
If there is a Season 4 it probably won't have anything to do with this storyline. I think Hawley intended for us to draw our own conclusions without every knowing for certain.
Hate to say it, but I found myself believing Varga more than her...
dude you just summerize the episode. video has no content at all.
Nebuch I know right this video is pointless
everyone of these " reviews" is this lets go over what people just watch and not give our own POV on it
It's a "recap"...
He's been doing it for all 10 episodes.
Nebuch totally agree, this guy is useless
it's called a recap for a reason
'The problem is not that there is evil in the world. The problem is that there is good. Because otherwise, who would care?'
Sent chills down my spine when Varga said this, I havent like a character so much in a tv show in a long time, Thewlis is amazing.
He was a clown and he went to jail. No one's crossing borders with fake IDs.
You did completely miss Varga's = in five minutes someone will enter that door = and the last shot of the clock moving well past five minutes and nothing happened.
That’s a great point! I never noticed that. Now I have to go look and see the “clock” situation. Great Observation!
and then the light goes dark on his face which is irreverence to what the officer said. I think he went to jail.
Of course Varga's prediction comes true, at least in part. But I also predict that now that Varga is back in the U.S., that Mr. Wrench will kill him. Haldurson It's likely this will happen
Personally, even if Varga gets away from Gloria/DHS - he still has to deal with Wrench who will & is finishing the job that Nikki should had finish 1st.
pleaseeee , wrench is a pitchfork peasant . varga is a mob boss with hundreds of employees

Season 4 picks up with a paperboy picking up the stamp in the driveway and 5 years later....
haha love that
Lol I was just thinking of how the stamp will tie into season 4.
Ewan McGregor is one of the few actors that can say he killed himself.
What do you mean? What stamp?
@@Orangeflava the infamous 5 cents
I was hoping for some actual analysis but you basically just recapped the episode.
The video is literally called a recap.
Captain Olimar yeah well every other video he did for the season was titled 'breakdown'. I saw the episode, would prefer some type of analysis than this shit.
yea true. DISLIKED!
I love that the cops in this show are generally incompetent, while the IRS is shown as being good and hard working
you watching this show and still using terms as DESERVED

A very fitting ending. The truth is left up to the viewer. I'm with Burgle.

Everybody wants everything spoonfed to them, the ambiguity is the beauty of it, draw your own conclusion.
Ambiguity is bullshit. An escape for writers. Like a song that ended out of nowhere. Or sex without coming. Fuck fargo S03.
(;

Yes, that's what I was thinking.

his best friend is a vegetable because if him!
King sleyR did he actually know about Sy being poisoned? Or did Varga just do it
I think this is another "decide for yourself" whilst Im sure he had no hand in the physical act. The way he sidlined Sy as soon as Billion were mentioned*amongst other things( made him complicate in my eyes. but far from guilty in a court of Law. unless OJ was the prosecution. ;)
King sleyR a good point indeed
okay so season 4, a prequel to Lorne Malvo's life
Now that would be bad ass!
Nitesh Agrawal that would literally be the best thing to ever happen to my life
I prefer it they keep up with the formula. I hope season 4 has SOME easter eggs and connections to previous seasons but I hope it's a completely different story with new characters.
WallyWest But that was Season 3. Way too different from previous seasons.
That's what i'm saying. I want them to keep doing it that way. With some connections to previous seasons like Mr Wrench in season 3, but an overall different story with different characters.
How did the first scene with the berlin wall with the two men talking relate to this season?
The man been questioned in Germany was innocent the real killer was Yure he killed his girlfriend.he hints at this in episode 8
The idea that the reality of any situation as more often than not told through a story is entirely subjective. Maybe it happened, maybe it didn't, who can you trust to give you the objective truth, doubt always exists. A story told is just one interpretation. Whats the meaning of the first scene? The one with the russian
We got our wish of more seasons of Fargo.
Who else thought 4 & 5 were OK, but this was the peak?
Loved the season! Entertaining but dark, with hidden meanings and layers throughout.
The ending I would have liked is that, out of the blue, Gloria Burgle would have cited the message Swango was to give to the wicked, then the camera shows Varga crap his pants
wow.. that would have been crazy!
But nowhere near as a purgatory bowling alley and spaceship distracting bad guys.
Desolation Cult yeah, a lot of tv shows are quite bad :( I'm just hoping for more gems like Fargo
Plus the scene with his wife who varga called fat when she was takings his jacket off it appeared he only had one arm.
season 4 needs to be billy bob thornton life before he was a hit man. i would love to see his twisted past and how he ended up the way he did.
Burgle all the way. And props to Officer Lopez as well.
Is it just me - or the ending was extremely similar the ending of 'Lord Of War'?
Yes, I thought of the Lord of War soon after Vargas character was entered the story. That’s why I think he’ll be let go by the higher powers of government. Though I’d love another season showing Mr. Wrench taking him out while he’s barfing in the bathroom stall.
I can't stop talking like Varga. That character was so good.
furiousgtz r u referring to the part where he pees in the mug and makes that guy drink it or when he goes to the bathroom to vomit all his food and then starts eating again that guy is discusting
He really was disgusting with his nasty teeth and vomiting. He personally made that season the worst one for me.
I think this is the link into the quantum world, how something can be both things at once, until it is observed. They are both waiting to observe it.
going back 2 episodes. Do you think the concession worker, at the bowling alley killed Yuri. You don't see him again after that. And he is never mentioned again. Which I found very odd.
Was wondering the same thing
The music played during the closing of episode ten is the same music (Beethoven's 23 Piano Sonata) That Varga is listening to when Emmitt calls for help with Ray's death. Varga tells Ray this about what Lennin said about that piece of music: (I'm trying to figure out what it means for the ending.)
I know of nothing better than the Appassionata and could listen to it
every day. What astonishing, superhuman music! It always makes me
proud, perhaps with a childish naiveté, to think that people can work
such miracles! … But I can’t listen to music very often, it affects my
nerves. I want to say sweet, silly things, and pat the little heads of
people who, living in a filthy hell, can create such beauty. These days,
one can’t pat anyone on the head nowadays, they might bite your hand
off. Hence, you have to beat people's little heads, beat mercilessly,
although ideally we are against doing any violence to people. Hm - what a
devillishly difficult job!
Are you familiar with the Russian saying, the past is unpredictable? I'm pretty sure you made that up, possibly.
I can help!
what happened to other guy of varga? the one whose ears got cut off.
You can beat the odds if you pick the right place to fight
his smashed phone would just look like some crap that’s on the side of the road
ALSO....did Emmitt remember to get his Drivers licence and insurance back off of the slain state trooper?!?!
Hawley has said he doesn't know if there's going to be a season 4 but he surely set himself up for multiple plot expansions.
It's bs. Is there not camera pictures of Varga in the storage lock. They could have had evidence there?
what about the first scene of the season? had forgotten? although it is nice that the season started with 2 people talk and ended in a same kind of talk. One is talking in the name of truth and the second one tries to make it in his way.
Why do the keep saying 5 years? The whole story takes place in 2011 so why are they saying it took 5 years for mr wrench to kill emmet?
it say 5 years later just before the scene where they sit at the table and serve
In the world I am living in Burgle saw Varga walking out that door after five minutes.
I literally absolutely loved mr wrench since the start i thought he was a badass and boy was i fuckin right
you lost me at "shot an innocent cop, doing his job"
if you watch all the way thru the credits there is a comment at the end, might answer the question
Varga gets away and has Gloria killed after she is forced to watch her son be killed.
Imagine.. there might be someone like Varga out here in this world
I was hoping that Paul Marrane would show up towards the end, but I still liked the episode and I'm fine with it ending here.
who tipped off Varga about IRS during "deal" with Nicky?
Wouldn't the accountant's discovery of all the fraud lead to the downfall of Goldfarb? Varga has fled, but she's still around with all the evidence of her corruption.
what happened to the russian guy? what was that bowling scene? I liked it but it seems a little bit lazy...
If they ever make a season 4 they should hire a comedian as a lead like Dave Chappelle or something. Would be a cool switch and allow them to show their acting chops off.
Interesting comment ;)
@@jayess8714 indeed it is 😜
Fargo didn't quite recreate the magic of season 1 however season 2 and 3 are both excellent but in comparison to season 1 they are mediocre
Jacob Levy This show is still better than most and still very underrated.
I like how the lighting and during Gloria and Varga's showdown makes it look like Varga has a Hitler moustache
Or the fact that the light shut down on Varga, not on Gloria. Meaning that Gloria was right.
after finishing Fargo Thursday become boring if any good new series going on tell pls?
Another great recap:)
well I'm no physicist (Hell I barely know how to spell that lol) BUT If this is anything like schrodinger's cat then both options have occurred. v.M Varga is both in prison and free.
tony roca...malvo would make dogfood out of vm varga...and folks watch the clock at the end.......more than 5 minutes ticks away...and no man to let varga go comes in....sooo...and besides the lady cop allways wins in Minnesota,,,,dont cha know
Nikki and Varga were the highlights of the show. Damn, I think I developed a little crush on her.
so many open questions.... kind of dissapointing
well, my expectation came clearly trough the amazing season 1 and 2 of fargo...
Why did the IRS guy only call her after he had gone through every file to hang on the walls?
It sure seems like he would stumble across Gloria's contact info sooner but that's TV
Season 2 was my favorite Lou Solverson was such a bad ass. Same with the Hanzee dent.
Didnt the lion from Peter and the the lion end up in a cage?
the past is unpredictable, but the future is certain
You never can predict the future - Season 3 rules and we all ask for a Season 4 to be bestowed upon us- the character arcs in this show are legendary and so rewarding! And Nikki should somehow be resurrected in a future season as an angel!
Varga walked. And, since "the past is unpredictable," Season 4 is available to me on Amazon Prime. I'm off to start watching it now!
I rarely give thumbs down. You deserve it.
Season 4 : Mr.Wrench Saga
The last season speech from Varga came from that Nicholas Cage movie Lord of War. When Ethan Hawke arrested him and was interrogating him.
I notice that too but in Lord of war we see Cage released
It looked like the Jello dessert had a piece eaten out of it. Did Mr. Wrench eat it?
I seen that too….I thought it was somebody tooth
Apparently we are going to have to wait a long time for another season.
2010-2011 is a 5 year gap to the guy who made this video
no? 5 years later is when Emmit is murdered.
life is not fair the, and wicked more often than not win. Varga probably walked away like he said he would.
I enjoyed this season over season 2 but definitely loved the first season
season 1 is classic.
season 2 OK.
season 3 better than season 2
Kathiravan Ganesh maybe for you but the critics tends to think differ! season 2 was by far the best directed well plotted and awesome character development season ever! But ofcourse with faces like Martin and Billy will outrace faces like Patrick..Shame!
I agree
i wanna hire that asian dude in season 3 as my in house butler. he was so good in the movie.
oh yea P.S. gloria burgle is hot A.F.
Not Sure if I witnessed the Ending of Season 3 or the Beginning of Season 4.....?........
Season 1: 9/10
Season 2: 9.5/10
Season 3: 8.8/10
I agree with all of those.
I don't. Season 2 is the worst.
Season 2 felt like a more traditional straight forward crime story, season 1 reminded me a lot of No Country for Old Men, Season 3 felt a little messy imo, however I felt like VM Varga thus far had been the most intriguing villain in the series, overall I feel your ratings are accurate.
Highran56 what the
+Correct opinion guy Season 2 was horrible. Season 1 is the best one for me yet.
What happened to the Russian with the wolf head who lost an ear? Alive? Unalive?
I was really disappointed with the ending of episode 10. It pretty much copied the movie Lord of War beat for beat.
Varga has way too many people on his payroll to get stuck on Rikers. Amazing ending, not what I expected. The Emmy should go to David Thewlis...or Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Great job! Can't wait for #4......
I just wanted you to know that the last "ok then" made me cringe.
Bt later after the officer and the nikki swango died it just magically started
exactly. I don't think it's low fuel tho, some other problem
season 3 was the weakest among 3 seasons
aravind shah True, but let's hope for a season 4
season 1 was weakest for me. S2 strongest. S3 inbetween
TreeFiddy I dunno....................all the villains so far have paled in comparison to Billy Bob Thornton. He was scary as HELL!
+lurch321
See it's villains like Malvo and Varga that make me hate the "Fargo" title. They are waaaay too competent at what they do compared to the 2 stooges in the 1996 movie. They are more identical to Anton Chigurh if anything.
This series is more a Coen Brothers tribute than an actual Fargo tribute.
Thats what is good about the series. No one wants a remake of 96 Fargo.
For the whole season i was rooting for varga!
