I have been listening to this ghazal sung by Noorzahan since ----I do not know . I always enjoy the ghazal and the singing. She chose an excellent tune (लय)। This is also quite good.

Noor was GREAT, but too confined, this one is FLYING like the widespread wings of an EAGLE, of course the painting is so beautiful that it should be censored, I am an autocratic here (don't worry) because I wish only those should be listening to this who have a discerning taste.
Uz kuja mi aayed aavaze dost (Farsi: where this friendly voice is coming from???), in these times the delicate expressions and purity of love is gone. Classical Ghazals and the singing of this style is simply put, not fashionable.
Time is flying by, I am one year older crossing 75, I don't know how often or when I will be returning again, I worship only 2 gods (I am not a Muslim, and of course I care the least about the Shaikh Saheb aka Iqb....) Ghalib & Faiz or we can say Faiz & Ghalib, they drank & penned ghazals, I drink and admire their masterpieces, come & join me, you will never have your tumbler empty; tonight it is Baccardi.
