    I think u guys r so sweet teaching us how to cook Cambodian food.I am from Vietnamese married to my husband from Cambodian. I love Cambodian food n always like to learn. I am very glad that i found ur website. I like to thanks u n ur mom for easy instruction n explanation how to cook each dish. They r delicious. Ur mom is very sweet n u r very cute.     always leave out in room temp. When you start eating it you can store it in the fridge.

    You can. But the fatty stuff is the best part!! The leaner cuts are more dry.

    You say it is fermented. I was surprised how fresh it looked for all the weeks it was in the jar. I'm really interested in how it tasted. Please describe?

    i have a question, is it normal im seeing a bit of liquid mix with redish color.. i guess its the pork blood. im on my first week right now.. Is it safe, cause its my first time doing that and will be the first to try this eheh.. please let me know... if its normal.. before i put any galand and roasted rice ehee

    If you want it to get sour fast use the lobo nam powder instead of rice.

      Don Williams it's cooked. cheese is rotten milk and we don't get sick from that. don't worry don. make sure your jar is clean.

    Can you make this without the MSG or have a substitute for it? MSG is really not good for you. It can cause heart palpitations.
