He should not have got fired all he was doing was being a great Customer Service employee with a great attitude and when you guys were in the store he was very helpful
Francis was such an awesome employee. Any toy shop would be lucky to have him. He knows the products. On a side note, thank God i don't work in a toy shop, knowing me half my salary would just go back them.
Francis seemed like the ideal employee! Dude was knowledgeable, approachable, and even checked with management in order to secure a sale. It's a shame that honest hard work is looked down on over some dollars.

At Disneyland my last trip there i wanted to build my own lightsaber but didn't have enough time because i thought about it at the last minute and it was my last day there so instead i went over and bought the Cal Kestis lightsaber from the Fallen Order games, omg that thing was heavy carrying it in my backpack it was light carrying a backpack full of bricks but it was still awesome but i wasn't able to afford the blade with it but then again its a good thing because something in my room would get busted up lol. i plan on getting one of the neosabers when i go to San Francisco Fan Expo at the end of november

Funny to see Mark do his little irish jig 😂I really feel for Francis getting terminated from his job, he really do nothing wrong. To me , Francis was such an awesome , cool, knowledgeable guy that was just doing his job & it really sucks that they fired instead of them not letting unwrite his wrong. But I just watched his video , it seems he's in good positive mood. I really love what you doing trying to help him out , that's nice of you dude .

Excellent vlog. I frequent the Austin Holocron store and have interacted with Francis on a number of occasions and he's always been a very warm and friendly person. Very bummed to hear of his firing. Do make sure to check out the Fort Worth location, the first location, they have much more rare SW collectables and items.

Another great toy hunt. Always love to see Brody and Smart Mark on the vlog. I'm sure it's been thought of and mentioned but Francis losing his job for no reason is the worst part. However what really sucks is he made a $300 sale (which is nothing to scoff) and lost his job. Well maybe Brody made the sale but Francis assisted and should get the W.

Pains me on regrets of toys that I had and lost since the original was my time frame, first figure I ever got was a Chewie even before I knew what Star Wars was. Memories count for something though, I know I lost so many toys at school over the years. Anyhow, sucks that the situation happened, bad management ruins lots of things. Glad Francis is ok and that Ethan is so cool, even after my bad management situation (the end of my 24.5 years job for...no clue), I still end up supporting him, and will if I can.
Respect to Ethan and Smart Mark for doing what they can to help Francis, dude seemed really genuine and a good person, guess his boss is a world class jerk. But appreciate Ethan addressing the situation, showing why Tony needs to put the AEW title on him, DO IT TONY!!! Lol

The trick at Disney World for the light saber build it when you walk into the waiting area outside go to your left and be the first one on the wall. Me and my son did that and he was the first building table inside and go to interact the most with cash during the process.

Francis got the short end of the stick for sure. Hope he's doing okay now and keeps it going. Toxic bosses can be the worst. Also not a toy collector I was more of a comics guy but this channel is nice to watch due to being able to see wrestlers in their other comfort zones beside the ring. Nice to see someone like Brody who's usually a terrifying murderbear on screen actually be a very nice and down to earth guy while talking about something like Star Wars or TMNT. Same for Mark seems like a stand up guy.

I think there could be Marvel and DC exclusive shops...just thinking about and remembering the Mego figures in the 70s throughout today's versions as well. Thinking they could include books, comics, video games, seasonal items, could easily have exclusive shops!
The deal with Francis is why I have problems with consignment. I attempted to consign a whole set of extremely old and valuable Magic: The Gathering cards, only to be told later that two "ex-employees" had cherry picked through the collection and stole a whole bunch of them and the owner was like, "well, nothing I can do about that." Like, wait a second, you owe me for those cards, dude! I never did get but a couple thousand of what should've been about $8K or more worth of cards and to this day I wonder if I was told the truth. My point being, I wonder if Francis is being used as a scapegoat for shenanigans on the part of ownership.
I have no clue. But he did nothing wrong. Haha.
