Great job, but it would have been even better if you had mentioned the Welsh language, culture and met a few more locals. Wales is the only officially bilingual country in the Uk. Thanks for visiting our beautiful country and I am pleased you had such a great time in Wales.

What a lovely video. I live in North Wales and Snowdonia is on my doorstep. I’m so lucky to be Welsh and live here and it’s nice to see others enjoy our gorgeous landscapes.

Just stumbled across this. New Quay is one of my favourite places. We go every year for the dolphins, the fish and chips in the lime crab and ice cream. Wonderful place.

The general rule about British weather is of you don't like it, wait five minutes until it changes.
My wife's family are from Cei Newydd, (Welsh for New Quay) so we have spent a lot of time there over the years. We love the place.

There's a cracking pub up the hill there, the Black Lion. Dylan Thomas' favourite boozer when he lived there.
The water around the west coast of Britain is actually relatively warm - hence the Dolphins. The east coast on the other hand is fricking freezing!
Ahaha I guess that makes more sense but still not warm enough for me to strip down and go swimming haha -Ash
Welcome to Wales, hope you get time to explore! you definitely need to visit west wales (Tenby) and our capital Cardiff as well!
And Snowdonia.
I'd also mention that you've never experienced rain until you been to the mountains in Wales, there's nothing like it.
Still there's no bad weather there, just the wrong type of clothing. 😉

Watching during lockdown. You've really encouraged me to travel around my own country more as soon as it's possible again!
I love the UK even in the cloudy days, I know some ppl think it's so depressingly due to few sunny days.... but I love it I think due to living in a tropical country as I'm living when I have a fat chance to be in places like England in autumn to winter it's so marvellous to me.....

Wales is a beautiful place I've lived here all my life and the culture is stunning if ur interested in culture and all that u should visit Caerphilly and Cardiff the castles are amazing also the culture up north is even better never been myself but ik for a fact its worth staying there and going and seeing the beautiful country

I remember visiting a Welsh Coal Mine and being deep underground in a vein of coal. It was amazing and awesome. Maybe you can fit it in.

My wife and son have been out on Ermol 6, the boat you were on, twice to spot the dolphins and on both times we spotted them in the harbour as we got back.
Still, we wouldn't have missed it for anything.
My you are a happy bunny ! Glad you enjoyed your time in Wales, but sorry that weather was so bad . The best time to be here is med or late summer mid August to early September . We think of the sheep as a nuisance. Mountain sheep will jump a 6 foot gate ,wriggle across a cattle grid on their backs . Live for 6 weeks in deep snow by eating their fleece . And love bread and butter , and are distinctly antisocial !

Best time to go swimming in Wales is in the rain...warms the water...
The tolls on both bridge crossings have ended so now people coming into Wales from England can come here for free it was great to see on our local Welsh news the toll booths being smashed down at last it was terrible to go over into England for free but when we were returning to our own country Wales we had to pay but no longer

I live a bit further north than Newquay and before a minor hurricane blew too many bits off the building, I could watch the dolphins from my balcony.

There was a chance of seeing them at any time of the year but the best time was in June on a sunny day with a light offshore breeze, they would come very close to the beach after their food.

Yeah, compared to 16 lanes Atlanta loop interstate and twice in amount of parallel 8 lanes of Los Angeles loop interstates, England's , Wales' motorways, highways are tiny, miny. Even in Milledgeville Georgia with 20.000 population , there is loop highway surrounding the small historic all Irish town in the USA. New York state's interstate is just 4 lanes in total towards New York city which is astonishing, one of the first interstate system in the USA.
