Main attractions of the park include the Ramble and Lake, Hallett Nature Sanctuary, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, and Sheep Meadow. For something fun to ride/do, check out Wollman Rink, Central Park Carousel, and the Central Park Zoo. Get photos or ceremonies done inside the Central Park Mall and Bethesda Terrace. Catch Shakespeare in the Park at the Delacorte Theater each summer. Finally, get your game on at the awesome sports facilities, North Meadow Recreation Center, basketball courts, baseball fields, soccer fields and world-famous Central Park Tennis Center.

I find it truly amazing that Central Park has remained intact the way it has for over 100 years plus. Can you imagine the pressure on the city to cut out parts of the park for residential and business development over the years.

I just took a trip there for the first time…. and Central Park is so beautiful. There’s so much to do in the city. I highly recommend everybody goes there at least once.

I had 2 weeks in an apartment 55 Central Park West 20 years ago and was on the 13th floor and overlooking the park. Always something going on.

hey folks, a buddy of mine is wondering how you managed to get this fantastic footage.
Thanks for asking! FAA rules allow for flight in many areas throughout NYC. Must always have sight of the drone, not fly over people, and not enter prohibited zones (we use geo fencing for ease of use). We’ve had run-ins with police; but we just show them our FAA certification and drone ID on equipment and they’re cool about it. Feel free to email me if you have more questions! Drone@Your5Best.com

I have never understood the allure of the big city. I like living in a small town. Only 50k people in my area. Not small but not huge. I do have to admit, the park looks like a great place to take the kids though
