Hi Yusuf, it's a free mac app called activity timer: apps.apple.com/au/app/activity-timer/id808647808?mt=12
I like it because it is simple, you can have pre-allocated timer lengths for different activities and I can see the app in the menu bar when I am studying so it is motivation to get to the end of the session!

@@RohanYesudian I wanted to ask abt scholarships and stuff. I really wanted to apply to the universities in uk for medicine like oxford uni . But they are so expensive . How did you manage the fees ? My family says wr can't takeloans so scholarships are my only option . But when I looked into it there isn't much thats available
