Me too...I get my sugar from fruits and vegetables, I've stopped using sugar going Three months now... I'm amazed at the way my person is responding to this change....awesome.i also consume little to no oil...had none alcoholic fatty liver... seeing great results.
Too much fruit and sugar we grow up eating cause us to have fatty liver. I use a bit olive oil in my cooking.

I live in Lynchburg VA, and can't stop consuming sugar, on a daily basis. Knowing that, its ruined my health and teeth, to the point where I have, hardly any now. IDK, how to stop my sugar cravings, is there a way you can help me, please I'm dying here in America....! Thank you so very much ☺️💖
@@veronicasparks127 you can use sugar substitute, not digestible so you’ll get gas but at least you won’t further deteriorate your health. Try to reduce process food and eat natural fruits in its whole fresh form! Best of luck with everything

That's how we grew up,my dad had a powerful cane mill,in the morning we would have cooked sweet potatoes with local chocolate sweeten with the cane juc,that made us very strong and healthy.

My grand uncles used to make wet sugar.They used to have a mule that goes around the mill to juice the cane.

It is actually sucrose which is sugar but the juice has antioxidants that are not present in the processed sugar.

I grew up in Puerto Rico and there was nothing like eating fresh sugar cane , we had all the vegetables and fruits he mention. I live in the U.S. now and what I would give just to go back and live the way I used to.. Unfortunately there isn't many sir suger can field's left in Puerto Rico and the sugar cane factory was closed when I was a kid in Fajardo.

In India I drink sugarcane juice with lime squeezed with it . Sometimes I add black pepper to spice it . Crushed ice in the juice is very soothing in the summer months 👌👌👌. My man keeping things real . Living off the land is something else . Respect 🙏

Sugar or sugarcain can raise your sugar level suddenly. If you are pre-diabetic, be careful

I cant eat none of those stuff if you have diabetic it’s bad for you I eat one mango my sugar raise up to 425 one banana 325 it’s only good for none diabetic
Not just no sugar alone, but to watch the number of carbs on your plate ready to travel to your gut instructed by you. Yam, dumplings, banana, Coco, dashine, Irish potato, plaintain, pasta, breadfruit and rice are all carbs, so try to have at least two on the plate rather than all of them, especially if you're an older person. Maximum should be 3 especially if one is a diabetic with plenty of vegs and salads.

Excellent! Glad we're learning to utilise our cultivated produce and enjoy the benefits, unlike in the days of slavery we would prep that for the slave masters and only given the dregs and scraps. Many have been put to death because they dare to grind sugar cane juice on masas mill without licking their boots and begging their consent.
