In today's video, I talk about dead wood in the garden, the habitat it creates, fungi, butterflies, storms, Hurricane Helene, Euphorbias that the cardinals are eatin' right now, and my thoughts about the devastation across our region. Leaving my love to those affected. Above are several links with resources for those affected as well as WAYS YOU CAN HELP, if you're able to do so and not affected directly by the storm.
Our communities are strong and beautiful and we have been coming together lately. I've been lucky in my town, and have not been affected like others have. The town I was born in, however, was flooded by the storms. That town is Newport, TN, located in Cocke County. You can find a donation link for that town above.
