El Rukin came to Louisville Kentucky pre- Blood and Crip days when it was Arabian Knights and Psychos. This was in the mid 80s. The cops wasn't having it and they left but they left a strong impression thats lasted here to this day

When the police started listening to the gangs conversations and its just random words its pretty hilarious. Honestly have to give it to them for all of the criminals that say incriminating things on the prison phones these guys actually had a system.
Their system didn't stop them being sentenced for the rest of their lives and to die in prison.
Do you know how long it took for them so they could listen to all the calls and record them?...way too long...and somebody told me there would be an automated message that will tell you your phone call is being recorded before your call goes through. And still, people talked...
