Only stubborn passengers don't listen to the pilot and insist on going ahead to the destination despite the bad weather. So sad to hear the pilot also lost his life for such a silly boss.

A punishment of GREAT Allah.
He was traveling in a convoy of three helicopters. While the helicopter carrying him crashed but the rest convoy helicopters didn't crash. Foggy weather doesn't sound convincing for the crash. If the weather was not favourable to make flights why did they dare to fly in such gloomy weather. As far as he's a president & influential leader there has to be cautions and strict protocols to be followed by pilots including the security and intelligence team to avoid such kind of incidents. In terms of security it might be organized assassination targeting the chopper of the president while the rest choppers survived.

It wasn’t just fog. There was severe weather. My father was ordered to fly in inclement weather and it resulted in a crash.
It’s not unusual for one pilot to be off course from a group. It happens.
