For the livery, I used Venomleggs's MW 2005 mod. Because the sound mod has the same name as his file, I had to unpack Venomleggs's file to get his livery by using a tool. You can find the tool on NFSCars.

Short Gears Pro has louder transmission whine in this game, but at the cost of top speed. Since the M3 GTR gains 50 km/h from the Long Gears Pro, it's better to use this.
Not blaming your work dude. You did an amazing job modding it. My point is EA got it all wrong with 2012 version because the genuine M3 GTR has V8 not I6. And it may well has long gears but those gears are Straight cut and not Helical cut. Those straight cut gears are responsible for that whining, not short gears.
The reason why ou don't hear any whines is because this game runs on a 3rd person view all th time. You heard those straight cut gears only when you're the one driving. Even the whine isn't quite audible from tribune
@@XBlazePS3 and some cars are literally undrivable, like the NSX-R. No matter how I tune it, it just spins out. Shame since it has a really cool Time Attack bodykit.
