The EAU Guidelines Office will provide a state-of-the-art update on male hypogonadism and testosterone replacement therapy. This recording will be of great educational value for urologists as internationally-known experts will focus on the controversial and challenging areas of this rapidly evolving field, and provide you with vital insights.
Testosterone replacement therapy is indicated in a variety of clinical conditions and has shown to improve the quality of life in patients with hypogonadism. In addition, the therapy may also have other beneficial effects on long-term cardiovascular health. However, patients receiving testosterone replacement therapy should be fully counselled on the risks and advantages of the treatment.
The recording will discuss the current EAU Guidelines and the evidence base for treating men with hypogonadism, as well as highlight controversial areas. The expert discussion will also provide an up-to-date guidance on the safety profile of testosterone replacement therapy focusing on the potential long-term cardiovascular effects and the potential risks on prostate health. The recording will also highlight and discuss the effects of testosterone on bone metabolism.

Funny, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Mario's Thunderous Erections, it's so much easier and potent now!

I’ve got low T since I started Methadone for OUD last year. I first noted the sexual symptoms. But, one of the symptoms that let me know I had a hormonal problem was a symptom that is not mentioned here. And that is a complete loss of pubic hair, loss of hair under my arms, and loss of a great deal of my body hair. I used to be pretty hairy, and I noticed the hair under my arms was gone. I also thought my skin was getting very soft, and when I looked in the mirror I 11:09 noticed the hair on my arms, legs, chest and belly was all disappearing. What’s left there now is very short and very fine.
Also, I was almost relieved to hear that “decreased bending” is on the list, because it is so difficult for me to bend down that I try to avoid it. Along those same lines I started having real difficulty rising up from a chair.
So basically I have almost every single symptom listed. So I really can’t wait to get my Testosterone replacement therapy started.
I really hope this will stop my hot flashes too. My coworkers are always joking and telling me I’m going through “Male Menopause”. And I just laugh along with them because that’s exactly what it feels like.
