That end card music made me feel all jolly, and I gotta say, there's something about fabric trim that's satisfying to watch. No one would have seen behind them, yet the fact you made them look all neat and tidy was super satisfying to watch :) (I'm a screw!!!!)
Hi Neil we are at the insulation stage of our build and wondered why you didn't insulate the side load door , thank you, Toni x P. S loving your videos we've just found you
Insulation is a tricky one to be honest mate . All the big company’s that convert vans abs even VW them selves don’t insulate . Cos is blocks the air flow and traps moisture . This is the main reason we didn’t do the slide door . With it being one of the main parts of the van that is open to the elements it’s not hard for water to get in there which is something people talk about all the time some say it can’t but some say it can . Any way I’m going on here basically we though rather than insulate and risk it we would just cover In reflective and ply and carpet it . And to be honest we have not had any problems or noticed any difference to any other vans we have built . Hope this helps mate . Insulation is a massive subject in the van world but if huge company’s don’t do it why do we , it’s an odd one
The job actually took 17 days but he just edited it so it looked like it only took him 2 minutes and I am far from silly you will pay for that comment Mr Neilington 🤨
That’s actually a brilliant idea and you could pre drill and counter sink as well . Hmmm I might give thst a go on a few screws to test it I’ll let you know how it goes
yer i added it on after i knew the pannels would fit but didnt think to record it , now im wishing i did cos a few have asked , we just used the fiberwool stuf in there and covered in the reflective
45 minutes!! 🤣🤣🤣 without an Emma... you wish! I bet it took longer without her. On a serious note, are you leaving the white on the door? Are you planning on covering it? Surely it’s a condensation place!
we are un sure mainly because the amount of traffic with dirty fingers the door gets we would be cleaning it every 2 min , and you can wipe down the paint and I work like a speed demon on my own lol ,
Lovely job. Can you do me a suit lol . is there any job you cant do . mind folk to click like . ive got plenty vlogs of you a hadnt clicked like . All fixed now lol
Great work
Love it, mate, and the shirt is kicking.

wonder if you could cut a slit before screwing in and then cover the screw once its in place?
That’s actually a brilliant idea and you could pre drill and counter sink as well . Hmmm I might give thst a go on a few screws to test it I’ll let you know how it goes
