What happened to one person is not going to happen to every person . The matter has been dealt with and the person responsible sacked . I have stayed there before many times without issues not dismissing what happened but you cannot base the whole hotel off one person
I was looking at this hotel but after hearing how a person who posts regularly about Disneyland Paris,was treated l am glad l didn't book it. Disneyland is magical unfortunately this hotel, would not be on my list for future visits..

This is the Hotel that Sam4god was scared for her life due to night staff, I wouldn't feel safe booking there personally

Is there a shuttle bus to the parks?
No there isn't and if you don't have a car then the hotel is very secluded
