isnt the hole for if you lose in item maybe get some new items as long as you keep junk inventory to not lose a organ limb or flesh chunk and rip
also the mentioned lore on the d class current character's background one of the few ways to learn the games story
like no one used the book of common diseases or the cowbell unless they want to make the scary game harder
even if treatable by the pill (as long as you dont get instant death) and destroying the bell in 914
besides it being useless and a near unstoppable death basically when putting the glasses on
it was bugged and sometimes stopped all achievement runs because it wouldnt spawn or interfered with other spawns
because with so many others also need to spawn so removing it fixed that according the triva on the game wiki
