Try to turn in a bod deed in new heaven blacksmith, but their telling me i must claim my reward from the last items i turned in a month ago so how do i get to the list to choose one since none of the npc will accept my finish bods till i claim the last reward. any clue on what i can do?

Try clicking the NPC once and selecting Claim Reward, see that resolves the issue. :)
