Selena may not have the most powerful voice but she is one of the best role models out there. She is so deep down to earth, I love how she doesn’t tweet her life problems. She disappears from the internet, takes time for herself, because she honestly knows that her health is better than fame and money which is amazing to know to little kids these days.

I was going through panic attacks not knowing why I was feeling this way or how I could make it stop. I felt this crushing feeling in my heart that just kept building up, up to the point where I felt sick. Hearing this song, I am in tears. Because I relate to it so much. In a world where youngsters have to live up to certain standards just to fit in to the social norm, it is important to talk about these issues. Less than a mont i'll be 17 years old. This year maybe is the worst year for me so far. I'm feeling ugly and broke and i feel like everyone hates me because i don't talking to much to them. I hope my 17 will doing great as well. And i can't wait to be 20 years old when my mind wiser and everything feel better, when i don't feel confused what happen next and let just everything go. i’ve been through a lot for these past 2 years. i have sleep anxiety and i’ve had so many sleepless nights. i’ve came out to my parents and friends and i’m better now. i used to have the attacks every night, but now i have them 2/3 times a month. haven’t taken any meds and i’m so grateful. anxiety sucks, so talk to someone about it. i was so scared to share it but now i’m okay with it. believe in yourself 💗

Less than a mont i'll be 17 years old. This year maybe is the worst year for me so far. I'm feeling ugly and broke and i feel like everyone hates me because i don't talking to much to them. I hope my 17 will doing great as well. And i can't wait to be 20 years old when my mind wiser and everything feel better, when i don't feel confused what happen next and let just everything go. I'll be back every month to share what i still feel like.

i’ve been through a lot for these past 2 years. i have sleep anxiety and i’ve had so many sleepless nights. i’ve came out to my parents and friends and i’m better now. i used to have the attacks every night, but now i have them 2/3 times a month. haven’t taken any meds and i’m so grateful. anxiety sucks, so talk to someone about it. i was so scared to share it but now i’m okay with it. believe in yourself 💗
i’ve had anxiety for the past few months and it’s been horrible, cancelling plans, break downs, tears, things what wouldn’t hurt when i feel fine but they really do, getting paranoid. it’s normal and don’t worry, it will get better. you think in your head ‘i’m never getting better’ but your doing well. head up high and remember who you are and that’s nothing beating you and you r powerful n unbeatable. you may think ur alone but people around you suffer from it and lots of other people, you ain’t alone x
