本当にありがとう、この曲をずっと探していた。何処にもなくて悲しかった
元の世界に戻っても、あんまりいい事はなくて、むしろ成長した分辛い事ばっかりが増えた長良
のぞみの友達になる約束は果たせなかったと言うより
かつて一緒に過ごして、自分を飛び立たせてくれたのぞみはもう居なくて、今の長良には必要なかったんだよな
それを踏まえても、物語的には友達になる事が美しいかもしれないけど、約束を果たさなくても前向きで悲しいエンディングは胸に沁みた。そんな雰囲気をよく表現できた素晴らしい曲だと思う。
余談だけど、元の世界に戻っても悪い事だけじゃなくて、バイト先の長良を気にかけてる女の子が、脱出のシーンで長良の希望になる事を仄めかしてるし、長良はきっと大丈夫だと思う。

what i love about sonny boy is that people can interpret it according to whatever's going on in their lives. we all watched different shows. i'm not gonna lie, some parts made me bawl. i think of sonny boy often. unforgettable experience.
